Item Prévalence des mammites chez les bovins dans la région de soukahras(2024) Douha,jediliMastitis remains one of the most frequent pathologies threatening dairy herds, with the subclinical form being the most frequent. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of subclinical mastitis in dairy cattle and to identify the pathogens responsible in a number of communes in the wilaya of Souk Ahras. The study was carried out on five dairy farms in the Souk Ahras region between October 2023 and April 2024. The CaliforniaMastitis Test (CMT) was used as an indirect method of cell counting, followed by bacterial isolation on Chapman agar of Staphylococcusspp strains from positive samples. After bacterial identification, an antibiotic susceptibility test was performed using the Muller Hinton agar diffusion method. The results showed an isolation rate of approximately 86.53%. Biochemical identification revealed the involvement of 5 species, with S.chromogenes predominating at 31%, followed by S.lentus 21%, S.hyicus 21%, S.hominis15% and S.aureus 12%. The results of the study show high rates of antibiotic resistance to penicillin (96.77%), tetracycline (77.42%), lincomycin (75.81%) and moderate rates are recorded for nitrofurantoin (24.19%) and enrofloxacin (16.13%), while low frequencies are recorded for sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim (08.06%) and streptomycin (01.61%). These alarming rates of resistance underline the need to apply systematic diagnostic methods and to strengthen preventive measures in order to facilitate the therapeutic management of this pathology. التهاب الضرع يظل واحدًا من الأمراض الأكثر شيوعًا التي تهدد قطعان الألبان، وتظل الشكل تحت السريري هو الأكثر انتشارًا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تكرار التهاب الضرع تحت السريري في الأبقار الحلوب و تحديد العوامل الممرضة المسؤولة في عدد من بلديات ولاية سوق أهراس في الفترة من أكتوبر 2023 إلى أفريل 2024، تم استخدام إختبارCaliforniaMastitis Test (CMT) كطريقة غير مباشرة لعد الخلايا، تلاه عزل بكتيري على مستنبت Chapman للسلالات من نوع Staphylococcus spp من العينات الإجابية . بعد تحديد البكتيريا، تم إجراء اختبار حساسية للمضادات الحيوية باستخدام طريقة الإنتشارMuller Hinton . أظهرت النتائج معدل عزل حوالي % 86,53 كشف التعريف البيوكميائي عن تورط خمسة أنواع مع هيمنة S.Chromogenes بنسبة%31 تليه S. lentus بنسبة %21، S .hyicus بنسبة %21 ,S . hominis بنسبة %15 و S .aureus بنسبة %12. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة معدلات مرتفعة من المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية للبنسلين (%96.77) التتراسيكلين%)77.42) اللينكومايسين%)75.81) وسجلت معدلات متوسطة بالنسبة للنيتروفورانتوين%)24.19 ) والاينروفلوكساسين%)16.13 ) في حين سجلت ترددات منخفضة تجاه السلفاميثوكسازولتريميثوبريم%)08.06) والستربتوميسين%)01.61) هذه المعدلات المقلقة للمقاومة تؤكد الحاجة إلى تطبيق طرق تشخيص منهجية وتعزيز وسائل الوقاية وذلك لتسهيل التعامل العلاجي مع المرض. Les mammites demeurent l’une des pathologies les plus fréquentes qui menacent les cheptels laitiers, la forme subclinique reste la plus fréquente. L'objectif de cette étude est de connaitre la fréquence des mammites subcliniques chez le bovin laitier et d'identifier les agents pathogènes responsables dans quelques communes de la wilaya de Souk Ahras. L'étude a été menée sur cinq fermes laitières de la région de Souk Ahras , de la période allant d’octobre 2023 à avril 2024. Le CaliforniaMastitis Test (CMT) a été utilisé comme méthode indirecte de numération cellulaire, suivi d'un isolement bactérien sur gélose Chapman des souches de Staphylococcus sppà partir des échantillons positifs. Après identification bactérienne, un test de sensibilité aux antibiotiques a été effectué en utilisant la méthode de diffusion sur gélose Muller Hinton. Les résultats obtenus ont montré un taux d'isolement d'environ 86.53 %.L’identification biochimique àrévélé l’implication de 5 espèces , avec la prédominance de S.chromogenes31% , suivi par S.lentus 21 % ; S.hyicus 21% ,S.hominis 15% et S.aureus 12%.Les résultats de l'étude montrent des taux élevés de résistance aux antibiotiques à la pénicilline (96.77 %), la tétracycline(77,42%), la lincomycine (75,81%) et des taux modérés sont enregistrés pour le nitrofurantoine (24.19%) et l’enrofloxacine (16.13%) , par contre des fréquences faibles sont enregistrées à l’égard du sulfaméthoxazoletriméthoprime (08.06 %) et la streptomycine ( 01.61%) . Ces taux alarmants de résistance soulignent la nécessité d’appliquer des méthodes de diagnostic systématique et de renforcer les moyens de prévention et ce afin de faciliter la prise en charge thérapeutique de cette pathologie.
