AMELIORATION DE PEINTURE SATINÉE A BASE D’EAU

Abstract

The aim of this work was to formulate vinyl and acrylic coating with a glossy appearance. Practical tests were conducted at ENAP in Souk Ahras market. Different coating samples were created at varying rates of vinyl emulsion (20%, 35%, 50%, 65%). The results showed that viscosity and density met the standards, with a perfect viscosity of 50% emulsion. The coverage strength was good between 50% and 65% emulsion. The glitter increased significantly by a maximum of 65% (62.26 UB). For acrylic emulsion samples (20%, 35%, 50%, 65%), the results revealed two viscosity and density, with a maximum gloss of 65% (73.1 UB). By comparison, only acrylic coating containing 65% emulsion meets the standards perfectly, distinguishing itself through its washability, high coverage power and super glitter, making it an ideal choice for required applications. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف من هذا العمل هو صناعة طلاء الفينيل و الاكريليك بمظهر لامع هذا العمل انجز على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بولاية سوق اهراس اختلاف كبير في التجارب و العينات المتحصل عليها ب 35- 50-20- 65 - بالمئة من مستحلب الفينيل و الاكريليك العينات المتحصل عليها تثبت ان درجة الميوعة و الكثافة هي نتائج جيدة بالنسبة لعينة 65 و 50 بالمئة و درجة اللمعان تزداد الى 62,26وحدة لمعان عند استعمال 65 بالمئة من المستحلب اما بالنسبة لمستحلب الاكريليك درجة الكثافة و الزوجة و درجة اللمعان عالية حيث تصل الى 73,1 عند اسنعمال 65 بالمئة من المستحلب و عند المقارنة نجد ان الطلاء المصنوع ب65 بالمئة من مستحلب الاكريليك هو الوحيد الذي يخع للمعايير يتميز بقابليته للغسل تغطيته العالية و لمعانه الفائق مما يجعله خيارا مثاليا للتطبيقات المطلوبة ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ L’objectif de ce travail était de formuler une peinture vinylique et acrylique avec un aspect brillant. Les essais pratiques ont été réalisés à l’entreprise ENAP de Souk Ahras. Différents échantillons de peinture ont été créés avec des taux variés d’émulsion vinylique (20%, 35%, 50%, 65%). Les résultats ont montré que la viscosité et la densité étaient conformes aux normes, avec une viscosité optimale à 50% d’émulsion. Le pouvoir couvrant était bon entre 50% et 65% d’émulsion. La brillance a considérablement augmenté avec un maximum à 65% (62,26 UB). Pour les échantillons d’émulsion acrylique (20%, 35%, 50%, 65%), les résultats ont révélé une viscosité et une densité conformes, avec une brillance maximale à 65% (73,1 UB). En comparaison, seule la peinture acrylique avec 65% d’émulsion répondait entièrement aux normes, se distinguant par sa lavabilité, son pouvoir couvrant élevée et sa brillance supérieure, en faisant une option idéale pour des applications exigeantes.
