Abstract

ملخص : انطلاقا من فرضيات النظريات السلوكية في دراسة و تحليل واقع الموظفين في بيئة العمل و دورها في تحقيق أهداف المنظمات قمت بهذه الدراسة التي تحمل عنوان" " دور الدافعية المهنية في تسيير المنشات الرياضية – دراسة ميدانية بالمركب الرياضي الجواري بن شوية الربيعي –سدراته / سوق اهراس –" حيث تهدف هذه الأخيرةالى تسليط الضوء على واقع الدافعية المهنية في المنشات الرياضية و هذا من خلال تحديد العلاقة القائمة بين الدافعية المهنية و التسيير في المنشات الرياضية , و منه معرفة دور و أهمية الدافعية المهنية في الرفع من كفاءة التسيير و المسير في المنشات الرياضية. و في ضوء أهداف الدراسة قد تبلورت إشكالية الدراسة في : أن قدرة المنظمات على تحقيق أهدافها تتوقف إلى حد كبير على نجاحها في توفير القدر الكافي من الدافعية المهنية لدى الأفراد ووضع نظام فعال للحافز الذي يوجه ويقوم بإثارة الدوافع التي بدورها تدفع العاملين للإنتاج وتحقق لهم الرضا عن ذلك العمل مما يؤدي إلى رفع الروح المعنوية وزيادة معدلات الأداء.

abstract : Based on the assumptions of behaviouraltheories in studying and analyzing the reality of employees in the workenvironment and theirrole in achieving the goals of organizations, I conductedthisstudyentitled “The Role of Professional Motivation in the Management of Sports Facilities - A Field Study at the Neighborhood Sports Complex Bin Shuya Al-Rubaie - Sedrata / Souk Ahras - "The latter aims to shed light on the reality of professional motivation in sports facilities, and thisis by identifying the existingrelationshipbetweenprofessional motivation and management in sports facilities, and fromitknowing the role and importance of professional motivation in raising the efficiency of management and conduct in sports facilities.

résumé : En m'appuyant sur les hypothèses des théoriescomportementales dans l'étude et l'analyse de la réalité des salariésen milieu de travail et de leurrôle dans l'atteinte des objectifs des organisations, j'aimenécette étude intitulée « Le rôle de la motivation professionnelle dans la gestion des installations sportives - Une étude de terrain ». au Complexe Sportif de Quartier Bin Shuya Al-Rubaie – Sedrata/Souk Ahras – « Cette dernière vise à faire la lumière sur la réalité de la motivation professionnelle dans les installations sportives, et ceenidentifiant la relation existante entre la motivation professionnelle et la gestion dans les installations sportives, et de làconnaître le rôle et l'importance de la motivation professionnelle dans l'amélioration de l'efficacité de la gestion et de la conduite des installations sportives.
