Abstract

Summary The political situation prevailing at that time had repercussions on the Algerian population in two-thirds of cases, both in terms of strength and weakness. The impact was global, affecting all groups, whether those who enjoyed privileges or those who were governed and conquered, such as the citizens in the countryside and the undesirable in the cities. It was hard for both groups because they had no power and only had to listen and coexist with these conditions and circumstances, whether political or economic, and the deterioration of health that accompanied Algeria throughout the "Dayettes" period. This indicates the endurance that Algerians have demonstrated throughout the ages, not only during the "Othmane" era. However, these conditions suffered rebellions against the policies of the "Othmane" administration, represented by the "Al Ahrache" revolution in eastern Algeria, "Edegaouio" in the west, and "Etidjania" in southern Algeria, but unfortunately they failed. ---------------------------------- ملخص وكان للوضع السياسي السائد في ذلك الوقت انعكاساته على السكان جزائري في ثلثي جمل الضعف والقوة و'التأثير كان' عالمي على جميع الفئات سواء أولئك الذين استفادوا من الامتيازات أو المجموعات التي تم حكمها وغزوها مثل المواطنين في الصحابة وغير المرغوب فيهم في المدن وكان الأمر صعبًا على المجموعتين لأنهما لم تكن لديهم أي سلطة وكان عليهم فقط الاستماع والتعايش وفقًا لهذه الشروط الظروف، سواء كانت سياسية أو اقتصادية، وتدهور الصحة التي رافقت الجزائر طيلة فترة "الداييت" وهذا يدل على الصمود الذي يتميز به الجزائري عبر العصور وليس في وقتنا الحالي فقط "عثمان" ولكن هذه الظروف عانت من تمردات ضد سياسة إدارة "عثمان" ممثلة بثورة "الأحراش" في الشرق الجزائرية "إديغاويو" في الغرب و"إتجانية" في جنوب الجزائر، ولكن لسوء الحظ أنهم فشلوا. ----------------------------- résumé La situation politique qui prévalait à cette époque se répercutait sur la population Algérienne dans les deux tiers des phrases de faiblesse et de force et ‘impact était global sur tous les groupes qu’il s’agisse de ceux qui bénificiaient de priviléges ou des groupes qui étaient gouvernés et vaicus tels comme les ressortissants dans lrs compagnes et les indésivabes dans les villes et c’était dur pour deux groupes car ils n’avaient de pouvoir et ils n’avaient qu’à écouter et à couhabiter à ces conditions et circonstances qu ‘elles soient politique ou économiques et la deterioration de la santé qui a accompagné l’Algerie pendant toute la période des « Dayettes » et cela indique l’endurance que l’Algerien a distinguée a travers les ages et pas seulement à l’époque « Othmane » mais ces conditions ont subi des rébellions contre la politique de l’administration « Othmane » representé par la révolution d « Al Ahrache » dans l’est algérien, « Edegaouio » dans l’ouest et « Etidjania » au sud algérien, mais malheureusment ils ont échoué.
