Abstract

Abstract : This study highlights the critical importance of informal communications and the role they occupy within organizations, especially with regard to the negative aspect that would harm the Organization and its objectives. Perhaps the emergence of administrative corruption in its patronage and administrative insolvency is the most prominent of the shortcomings around our study, which informal communication plays a prominent role in its outbreak. How does informal communication contribute to the prevalence of administrative corruption within the social security agency of the state of Ahras market? Informal communication techniques that have contributed to the spread of nepotism are off-duty encounters. - Direct communication from informal communication techniques that have contributed to increased administrative dropdown. - The abuse of office affects the need for action. -------------------------------- ملخص: تُسلّط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الأهمية البالغة للاتصالات غير الرسمية ودورها داخل المنظمات، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالجانب السلبي الذي من شأنه الإضرار بالمنظمة وأهدافها. ولعلّ بروز الفساد الإداري في رعايتها والإعسار الإداري يُعدّ أبرز أوجه القصور في دراستنا، والذي يلعب الاتصال غير الرسمي دورًا بارزًا في تفشيه. كيف يُسهم الاتصال غير الرسمي في انتشار الفساد الإداري داخل وكالة الضمان الاجتماعي لولاية سوق أهراس؟ للإجابة على هذا التساؤل، تمّ تطبيق منهج المسح، القائم على جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها وتحديد الوضع الراهن للموضوع، في بيئة وزمان محددين، وهو المنهج الأنسب لهذا البحث. بالإضافة إلى اعتمادنا على استمارة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات من 25 موظفًا باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة البسيطة، حيث كانت أهداف هذا البحث هي: يتناول هذا البحث العلاقة بين الاتصال غير الرسمي والفساد الإداري (المحسوبية والإعسار الإداري).ذ ولخدمة بحثنا، اعتمدنا على منهج سلوكي. لإثراء البحث، من بين النتائج التي توصلنا إليها: - نسبة الإناث أكبر من الذكور. - المظهر السائد للتواصل هو الحديث القصير. - يتحقق التواصل غير الرسمي في الوكالة من خلال التخلص من روتين العمل. - يعكس التواصل غير الرسمي المشاكل والقضايا داخل الوكالة. - من الأسباب التي ساهمت في ظهور ظاهرة المحسوبية عقلية التحيز. ----------------------------------- Résumé : Cette étude souligne l'importance cruciale des communications informelles et leur rôle au sein des organisations, notamment en ce qui concerne les aspects négatifs qui pourraient nuire à l'organisation et à ses objectifs. L'émergence de la corruption administrative, notamment par le clientélisme et l'insolvabilité administrative, constitue peut-être la principale lacune de notre étude, car la communication informelle joue un rôle majeur dans son développement. Comment la communication informelle contribue-t-elle à la prévalence de la corruption administrative au sein de l'agence de sécurité sociale de l'État d'Ahras ? Pour répondre à cette question, une approche par enquête, basée sur la collecte, l'analyse, l'interprétation et la détermination de l'état actuel d'un sujet, a été appliquée dans un contexte et une période spécifiques. Elle constitue l'approche appropriée pour cette recherche.
