دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تطوير العمل الإداري في المؤسسة الرياضية

Abstract

ملخص : تناولت هذه الدراسة دور الادارة الالكترونية في تطوير العمل الاداري في المؤسسة الرياضية (دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بالوادي) تضمنت هذه الدراسة ثلاثة جوانب مختلفة منها الجانب المنهجي، حيث تناول فيه الباحث إشكالية الدراسة وفرضيات الدراسة وأهمية وأهدافها، ثم تحديد مفاهيم ومصطلحات الدراسة والدراسات السابقة، وتطرق في الجانب الثاني وهو النظري إلى تناول فصلين, الفصل الاول الادارة الالكترونية، ثم الفصل الثاني العمل الاداري، ثم تناول الباحث الجانب الثالث وهو التطبيقي متطرقا إلى منهجية الدراسة، وقد تناول فيها الدراسة الاستطلاعية ومنهج الدراسة ومتغيراتها ومجتمع وعينة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى أدوات جمع البيانات والخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة بالاعتماد على برنامج تحليل النتائج SPSSومخرجاته، ثم تصميم الدراسة والمعالجة الإحصائية، وتناول في الفصل الخامس عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج في ظل الفرضيات والتي أكدت صحتها حيث خلصت النتائج إلى ان الادارة الالكترونية لها دور في تطوير العمل الاداري في المؤسسات الرياضية وذلك من خلال مساهمة انظمة الادارة الالكترونية في تطوير العمل الاداري وتحسين الاداء الوظيفي وفعالية انظمة الادارة الالكترونية في المؤسسة الرياضية. abstract : This study addressed the role of electronic management in developing administrative work in the sports institution (a field study in the Youth and Sports Directorate in the eloued) This study included three different aspects, including the methodological aspect, in which the researcher addressed the problem of the study, the hypotheses of the study, the importance and its objectives, then defined the concepts and terminology of the study and previous studies, and in the second aspect, which is theoretical, he addressed two chapters, the first chapter electronic administration, then the second chapter administrative work, Then the researcher dealt with the third aspect, which is the applied aspect, touching on the methodology of the study, in which he dealt with the exploratory study, the study methodology and its variables, and the population and sample of the study, in addition to the tools for collecting data and the psychometric properties of the study tools, relying on the results analysis program SPSS and its outputs, then designing the study and statistical treatment, and it was discussed in the chapter. The fifth is to present, analyze and discuss the results in light of the hypotheses, which confirmed their validity, as the results concluded that electronic management has a role in developing administrative work in sports institutions, through the contribution of electronic management systems in developing administrative work, improving job performance and the effectiveness of electronic management systems in sports institutions. résumé : Cette étude a abordé le rôle de la gestion électronique dans le développement du travail administratif dans l'institution sportive (étude de terrain à la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports à l'éloued) Cette étude comprenait trois aspects différents, dont l'aspect méthodologique, dans lequel le chercheur abordait la problématique de l'étude, les hypothèses de l'étude, l'importance et ses objectifs, puis définissait les concepts et la terminologie de l'étude et des études antérieures, et en le deuxième aspect, qui est théorique, il a abordé deux chapitres, le premier chapitre administration électronique, puis le deuxième chapitre travail administratif, puis le chercheur a traité le troisième aspect, qui est l'aspect appliqué, touchant à la méthodologie de l'étude, en dont il a traité l'étude exploratoire, la méthodologie de l'étude et ses variables, ainsi que la population et l'échantillon de l'étude, en plus des outils de collecte de données et des propriétés psychométriques des outils d'étude, en s'appuyant sur le programme d'analyse des résultats SPSS et son résultats, puis conception de l’étude et du traitement statistique, et cela a été discuté dans le chapitre. Le cinquième est de présenter, analyser et discuter les résultats à la lumière des hypothèses qui ont confirmé leur validité, puisque les résultats ont conclu que la gestion électronique a un rôle dans le développement du travail administratif dans les institutions sportives, à travers la contribution des systèmes de gestion électronique dans le développement du travail administratif. travail, l'amélioration des performances au travail et l'efficacité des systèmes de gestion électronique dans les institutions sportives.
