Étude de quelques paramètres influençant l'activité biologique de trois extraits d'une plante à vertu thérapeutique

Abstract

The current work concerns a medicinal plant called Anacyclus pyrethrum L., cultivated in the commune of Henancha, in the region of Souk Ahras (north-eastern Algeria). It is widely used by the people of this region due to its extraordinary therapeutic properties such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic activities. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the composition of phenols and flavonoids as well as the antioxidant activities of acetone, butanol and methanol extracts from the roots of Anacyclus pyrethrum L. using different methods. The solvents and extraction methods chosen provide a good source of polyphenols and flavonoids. The methanoic extract presents the highest total contents of polyphenols (46.57 µg/mL) and flavonoids (59.54 µg/mL). The antioxidant activity revealed moderate antioxidant capacity of the extracts (methanol, acetone and butanol) in the DPPH tests. Antioxidant activity was also observed in the reducing power test for all extracts. In contrast, these extracts showed moderate activity in the FRAP ferrous ion chelation assay, with a methanol extract exhibiting modest activity. We also tested the effect of the different extracts on reference bacteria strains, including Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Klebsiellapneumoniae ATCC 13883 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25932. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ينمو تلقائيا في منطقة لحنانشة بولاية سوق أهراسAnacycluspyrethrum L جاري العمل على نبات طب (شمال شرق الجزائر). يستخدم هذا النبات على نطاق واسع من قبل السكان الأصليين لهذه المنطقة. لهذه النبتة خصائص علاجية فعالة مثل: مضادات الأكسدة ،مضادة للالتهابات ، مضادة للبكتيريا والأنشطة المسكنة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم ثراء جذور هذه النبتة بمركبات الفينول والفلافونويد ودراسة الأنشطة المضادة للأكسدة لمستخلصات الأسيتون والبيوتانول والميثانول باستخدام طرق مختلفة.

Elle est largement utilisée par les habitants de cette région en raison de ses propriétés thérapeutiques extraordinaires telles que ses activités antioxydantes, anti-inflammatoires, antibactériennes et analgésiques. Les objectifs de cette étude étaient d'évaluer la composition des phénols et des flavonoïdes ainsi que les activités antioxydantes des extraits d'acétone, de butanol et de méthanol des racines d'AnacycluspyrethrumL. en utilisant différentes méthodes. Les solvants et les méthodes d’extractions choisis offrent une bonne source de polyphénols et de flavonoïdes. L'extrait méthanoiquel présente les teneurs totales les plus élevées en polyphénols (46,57 µg/mL) et en flavonoïdes (59,54 µg/mL). L'activité antioxydante a révélé une capacité antioxydante modérée des extraits (méthanol, acétone et butanol) dans les tests au DPPH. L'activité antioxydante a également été observée dans le test de pouvoir réducteur pour tous les extraits. En revanche, ces extraits ont montré une activité modérée dans le test de chélation des ions ferreux FRAP, avec un extrait de méthanol présentant une activité modeste. Nous avons également testé l'effet des différents extraits sur des souches de bactéries de référence, notamment Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Klebsiellapneumoniae ATCC 13883 et Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25932.
