دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة في تحسين الادارة الرياضية

Abstract

ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة والموسومة بـ دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة في تحسين الإدارة الرياضية دراسة حالة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس، وتهدف الدراسة بالأساس الى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة في تحسين اداء الادارة الرياضية في الجزائر ناهيك عن التعرف على انواع تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة المعتمدة في الادارة الرياضية والاطلاع على حال وواقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الادارة الرياضية، حيث اردنا من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة اثر المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع وكان التساؤل الرئيسي كالتالي : هل يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة في تحسين الادارة الرياضية اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه يعتبر الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسات وكان حجم العينة 30 موجهة لموظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس وخلصت النتائج الى ان هناك اثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة في تحسين الادارة الرياضية بالمديرية كما تم وصع بعض اقتراحات للدراسة ولعل اهمها دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحكم وتسيير الادارة الرياضية abstract : This study, tagged “The Role of Modern Information Technology in Improving Sports Administration,” aims to study a case study in the Youth and Sports Directorate of the state of Souk Ahras. The study aims primarily to identify the role of modern information technology in improving the performance of sports administration in Algeria, not to mention identifying the types of modern information technology adopted in administration. Sports and to learn about the status and reality of information technology in sports management, as through this study we wanted to know the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and the main question was as follows: Is there a statistically significant effect of modern information technology in improving sports management? In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical method as it is considered the most appropriate for such studies. The sample size was 30 intended for employees of the Youth and Sports Directorate of the state of Souk Ahras. The results concluded that there is an impact of modern information technology in improving sports management in the directorate. Some suggestions were also put forward for the study, perhaps the most important of which is the role of intelligence. Artificial intelligence in the control and management of sports administration. résumé : Cette étude, intitulée « Le rôle des technologies modernes de l’information dans l’amélioration de l’administration sportive », vise à étudier une étude de cas au sein de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l’État de Souk Ahras. L'étude vise principalement à identifier le rôle des technologies de l'information modernes dans l'amélioration des performances de l'administration sportive en Algérie, sans oublier l'identification des types de technologies de l'information modernes adoptées dans l'administration. Sports et connaître le statut et la réalité de l'informatique dans le management du sport, car à travers cette étude nous avons voulu connaître l'effet de la variable indépendante sur la variable dépendante, et la question principale était la suivante : Y a-t-il un effet statistiquement significatif de les technologies de l’information modernes pour améliorer la gestion du sport ? Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur la méthode d’analyse descriptive car elle est considérée comme la plus appropriée pour de telles études. La taille de l'échantillon était de 30 personnes destinées aux salariés de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'Etat de Souk Ahras. Les résultats ont conclu à l'impact des technologies de l'information modernes sur l'amélioration de la gestion sportive au sein de la direction. Certaines suggestions ont également été avancées pour l’étude, la plus importante d’entre elles étant peut-être le rôle du renseignement.
