2- فرضيات الدراسة: بناءً على الإشكالية وتساؤلاتها، تقترح الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: • توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية في المرحلة الابتدائي • توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البعد الانساني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية في المرحلة الابتدائي والصحة النفسية • توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المشاركةفياتخاذالقرارات لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية في المرحلة الابتدائي والصحة النفسية • توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضاالوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية في المرحلة الابتدائي والصحة النفسية 3- اجراءات الدراسة الميدانية: 1.3 العينة: تم حصر مجتمع الدراسة على أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي، وقد وزعت (60) استمارة واسترجعت كلها، أي أن نسبة الاستجابة (100%)، وقد كانت كلها صالح للتحليل. 2.3 المجال البشري: (60) أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي. 3.3-المجال الزماني: أجريت هذه الدراسة من الفترة الممتدة من:02فيفري 2025 الى غاية 25 افريل 2025. 4.3-المجال المكاني: ولايــــــــــــــــــــة الــــــــــــــــــوادي. 5.3- المنهج المستخدم: تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كونه الأنسب لدراسة العلاقات بين المتغيرات كما هي في الواقع. 6.3- للأدوات المستعملة: تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في الدراسة الميدانية، وبعد توزيع الاستبيان على عينة المستهدفة، تم حصر وتجميع البيانات اللازمة ومعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستعمال أدوات التحليل الإحصائي المناسبة وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS 22، 7.3- النتائج المتوصل إليها: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العلاقات الانسانية والصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات والصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا الوظيفي والصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البيئة المدرسية والصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية الوادي. 8.3- استخلاصات واقتراحات: - تنظيم ورش عمل مخصصه للأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تهدف الى تعريفهم بأفضل الممارسات والادوات في استخدام شبكات ملاحظه القسم في تقويم العملية التعليمية. - انشاء مجتمع افتراضي للممارسة يضم أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية الذين بمنا شبكات ملاحظه القسم. - توفير دعم فني وتقني مستمر لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لضمان فهمهم الكامل لكيفيه استخدام شبكات ملاحظه القسم بشكل فعال. résumé : Titre de l'étude : Qualité de vie professionnelle et lien avec la santé mentale des enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive (EPS) du primaire de la province d'El Oued.

1- Objectifs de l'étude : Cette étude vise à : • Objectif général : • Identifier le lien entre la qualité de vie professionnelle et la santé mentale des enseignants d'EPS du primaire de la province d'El Oued. • Sous-objectifs : • Identifier le lien entre la dimension « relations humaines » des enseignants d'EPS du primaire de la province d'El Oued et la santé mentale. • Identifier le lien entre la dimension « participation à la prise de décision » des enseignants d'EPS du primaire de la province d'El Oued et la santé mentale. • Identifier le lien entre la satisfaction au travail et la santé mentale des enseignants d'EPS du primaire de la province d'El Oued. • Identifier le lien entre la dimension « environnement scolaire » des enseignants d'EPS du primaire de la province d'El Oued et la santé mentale.

2- Hypothèses de l'étude : Sur la base de la problématique et des questions posées, l'étude propose les hypothèses suivantes : • Il existe une corrélation positive et statistiquement significative entre la qualité de vie professionnelle et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d'éducation physique du primaire. • Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans la qualité de vie professionnelle selon le sexe. • Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans la qualité de vie professionnelle selon le nombre d'années d'expérience. • Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans la santé mentale selon l'établissement.

3- Modalités de l'étude sur le terrain : 1.3 Échantillon : La population étudiée était limitée aux enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive de l'État d'El Oued. Soixante questionnaires ont été distribués, tous retournés, avec un taux de réponse de 100 %. Tous les questionnaires étaient valides pour l'analyse.

2.3 Champ d'application : Soixante enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive, hommes et femmes, de l'État d'El Oued. 3.3 Portée temporelle : Cette étude a été menée du 10 au 25 avril 2025. 4.3 Portée spatiale : État d’El Oued. 5.3 Méthodologie : L’étude a utilisé l’approche corrélationnelle descriptive, la plus appropriée pour étudier les relations entre les variables telles qu’elles existent dans la réalité.

6.3- Outils utilisés : Le questionnaire a été utilisé comme outil principal de l’étude de terrain. Après sa distribution à l’échantillon cible, les données nécessaires ont été collectées et traitées à l’aide d’outils d’analyse statistique appropriés, notamment le progiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS 22).

7.3- Résultats obtenus : - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre la qualité de vie professionnelle et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d’éducation physique et sportive de la province d’El Oued. - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre les relations humaines et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d’éducation physique et sportive de la province d’El Oued. - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre la participation à la prise de décision et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d’éducation physique et sportive de la province d’El Oued. - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre la satisfaction au travail et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive de la province d'El Oued. - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre l'environnement scolaire et la santé mentale chez les enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive de la province d'El Oued.

8.3- Conclusions et suggestions : - Organiser des ateliers à l'intention des enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive afin de les familiariser avec les bonnes pratiques et les outils nécessaires à l'utilisation des réseaux d'observation administrative pour évaluer le processus éducatif. - Créer une communauté de pratique virtuelle pour les enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive utilisant les réseaux d'observation de gestion. - Fournir un soutien technique continu aux enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive afin de garantir une maîtrise complète de l'utilisation efficace des réseaux d'observation de gestion.

abstract : Study Title: Quality of Work Life and Its Relationship to Mental Health among Elementary Physical Education and Sports Teachers in El Oued Province.

1- Study Objectives: The current study aims to: • General Objective: • Identify the correlation between quality of work life and mental health among elementary physical education teachers in El Oued Province. • Sub-objectives: • To identify the relationship between the human relations dimension of physical education and sports teachers in primary education in El Oued Province and mental health. • To identify the relationship between the participation dimension in decision-making among physical education and sports teachers in primary education in El Oued Province and mental health. • - To identify the relationship between the job satisfaction dimension of physical education and sports teachers in primary education in El Oued Province and mental health. • - To identify the relationship between the school environment dimension of physical education and sports teachers in primary education in El Oued Province and mental health.

2- Study Hypotheses: Based on the problem and its questions, the study proposes the following hypotheses: • There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between quality of work life and mental health among physical education teachers in primary education. • There are statistically significant differences in quality of work life attributed to the gender variable. • There are statistically significant differences in quality of work life attributed to the number of years of experience variable. • There are statistically significant differences in mental health according to the institution variable. 3- Field Study Procedures: 1.3 Sample: The study population was limited to physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. (60) questionnaires were distributed, all of which were returned, yielding a response rate of (100%). All questionnaires were suitable for analysis. 2.3 Human Scope: (60) physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. 3.3 Temporal Scope: This study was conducted from April 10, 2025, to April 25, 2025. 4.3 Spatial Scope: El Oued Province. 5.3 Methodology Used: The study relies on the descriptive correlational approach, as it is the most appropriate for studying the relationships between variables as they exist in reality. 6.3- Tools Used: The questionnaire was used as the primary tool in the field study. After distributing the questionnaire to the target sample, the necessary data was collected and processed using appropriate statistical analysis tools, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22).

7.3- Results Obtained: - There is a statistically significant relationship between quality of work life and mental health among physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. - There is a statistically significant relationship between human relations and mental health among physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. - There is a statistically significant relationship between participation in decision-making and mental health among physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. - There is a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and mental health among physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. - There is a statistically significant relationship between the school environment and mental health among physical education and sports teachers in El Oued Province. 8.3- Conclusions and Suggestions: - Organizing workshops for physical education and sports teachers aimed at introducing them to best practices and tools for using departmental observation networks to evaluate the educational process. - Establishing a virtual community of practice that includes physical education and sports teachers who use departmental observation networks. - Providing ongoing technical support to physical education and sports teachers to ensure they fully understand how to use departmental observation networks effectively.
