Abstract

In the context of the policy of opening up the economy or the so-called market economy experienced by Algeria, the Algerian legislator has opened the field of development and investment in the property of the Waqf by promulgating law 10-07 of 22/05/2001 amended and supplemented by Law No. 91-10 of 27/04/1991 Which is made clear through Article 26 of the above-mentioned law that the owners and owners of the property can now exploit the investment and development of these properties. Law 01-07 of 22/05/2001 contains various forms for the investment of the Waqf king, which differed according to the type of waqf king in which the process is located.
