Abstract

Abstract : Through this study, "Tribes of the Algerian East during the Ottoman Era", we took the Hananshas tribe as a model. - The East Bielec was strategically positioned to make it a distinct territory from other territories, known for its vast area and the diversity of its terrain, which made it one of the largest historical cities and was one of the richest in the Pylaqat. - The regime of the tribe and the elders of the tribes has been left with great fingerprints in the conduct of governance in the Ottoman era. The authority of the Sheikh or the leader of the highest authority of the tribe is an understanding of the superiority in its affairs and what serves its members and benefits it in weaving a network of relationships that supports his personal standing and elevates the prestige of his tribe. The East's tribes and elders have had a significant impact and role in revitalizing the Bielec and possessing great power. - The Hananshah tribe was one of the largest in the east because of its strategic position and had ties with Bayat Constantine and Bayat Tunisia, making it one of the most important and influential tribes. ----------------------------------------------- ملخص: من خلال هذه الدراسة " قبائل الشرق الجزائري خلال العهد العثماني"، واتخذنا قبيلة الحنانشة كنموذج. - حظي بايلك الشرق بموقع استراتيجي هام جعل منه إقليما مميزا عن غيره من الأقاليم عرف بشساعة مساحته وتنوع تضاريسه هذا ما جعله من أكبر المدن التاريخية العريقة وكان من أغنى بايلكات الإيالة. - ترك نظام القبيلة وشيوخ القبائل إثر كبير وبصمات قوية في تسيير شؤون الحكم في العهد العثماني، حيث تعتبر سلطة الشيخ أو زعيم أعلى سلطة في القبيلة فهم المتصرف في شؤونها وما يخدم أفرادها ويعود عليها بالنفع عمل على نسج شبكة من العلاقات تدعم مكانته شخصيا، وترفع من هيبة قبيلته. – كان لقبائل الشرق وشيوخها أثر ودور كبير في تنشيط البايلك وامتلاكه قوة عظيمة. - كانت قبيلة الحنانشة من اكبر القبائل المتواجدة في الشرق بسبب موقعها الاستراتيجي وكانت لها علاقات تربطها ببايات قسنطينة وبايات تونس مما جعلها من أهم القبائل وأكثرها تأثيرا . -------------------------------------------------------- Résumé : A travers cette étude, "Tribus de l’Orient algérien à l’époque ottomane", nous avons pris comme modèle la tribu Hananshas. - Bielec-Est était stratégiquement positionnée pour en faire un territoire distinct des autres territoires, connu pour sa vaste superficie et la diversité de son terrain, ce qui en a fait l’une des plus grandes villes historiques et l’une des plus riches du Pylaqat. - Le régime de la tribu et les anciens des tribus ont laissé de grandes traces dans la conduite de la gouvernance à l’époque ottomane. L’autorité du Cheikh ou le chef de la plus haute autorité de la tribu est une compréhension de la supériorité dans ses affaires et ce qui sert ses membres et lui profite en tissant un réseau de relations qui soutient sa position personnelle et élève le prestige de son tribu. Les tribus et les anciens de l’Est ont eu un impact et un rôle importants dans la revitalisation du Bielec et la possession d’un grand pouvoir. - La tribu Hananshah était l’une des plus grandes de l’Est en raison de sa position stratégique et avait des liens avec Bayat Constantine et Bayat Tunisie, ce qui en fait l’une des tribus les plus importantes et les plus influentes.
