Abstract

Abstract: The study, entitled "The Role of Public Relations in Supporting the Social Responsibility of the Economic Institution," addresses a field study at the "Algeria Telecom" institution. The study aimed to shed light on the effective role of public relations in supporting social responsibility in order to raise the level and awareness of employees and the importance of public relations within the institution. It also aimed to identify the reasons for the weak level of moral awareness of their values, economic and legislative rights and duties, and their solutions that contribute to the development of society. It also aimed to understand the importance of social responsibility within the institution, which would positively impact the Algerian Telecom institution - Souk Iras province - in increasing productivity and good job performance. The study was divided into five chapters. To achieve these objectives, the social survey method was used, as it is considered an empirical method, using data collection tools represented in The study included simple observation, a free interview, and finally a questionnaire. A simple random sample of 40 individuals was selected. The study concluded that public relations plays a role in embodying the values ​​of social responsibility within the Algerian Telecommunications Company, whether for the internal public by instilling trust, a spirit of cooperation, and belonging within the organization, or for the external public by creating a positive public image for the organization and, consequently, a good reputation. Furthermore, public relations, as a humanitarian profession, has contributed to achieving social interactions by establishing clear programs based on respect, ethics, and credibility. This embodies the principles of social responsibility, achieving public integration and loyalty and contributing to building the foundations of trust. ------------------------ ملخص: تتناول الدراسة، المعنونة "دور العلاقات العامة في دعم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية"، دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة "اتصالات الجزائر". هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الفعال للعلاقات العامة في دعم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، بهدف رفع مستوى وعي العاملين بأهمية العلاقات العامة داخل المؤسسة. كما هدفت إلى تحديد أسباب ضعف الوعي الأخلاقي بقيمهم وحقوقهم وواجباتهم الاقتصادية والتشريعية، وحلولها التي تساهم في تنمية المجتمع. كما هدفت إلى فهم أهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل المؤسسة، والتي من شأنها أن تنعكس إيجابًا على مؤسسة "اتصالات الجزائر" - ولاية سوق إيراس - في زيادة الإنتاجية وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي. قُسِّمت الدراسة إلى خمسة فصول. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي، باعتباره منهجًا تجريبيًا، باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الملاحظة البسيطة، والمقابلة الحرة، والاستبيان. وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من 40 فردًا. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للعلاقات العامة دوراً في تجسيد قيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل الشركة الجزائرية للاتصالات، سواءً للجمهور الداخلي من خلال غرس الثقة وروح التعاون والانتماء داخل المؤسسة، أو للجمهور الخارجي من خلال بناء صورة عامة إيجابية للمؤسسة، وبالتالي سمعة طيبة. كما ساهمت العلاقات العامة، كمهنة إنسانية، في تحقيق التفاعل الاجتماعي من خلال وضع برامج واضحة قائمة على الاحترام والأخلاق والمصداقية، مما يجسد مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ويحقق التكامل والولاء العام، ويساهم في بناء أسس الثقة.
