Abstract

Abstract: The circumstances in which Algeria was experiencing conflict, weakness, and the Spanish threat that threatened it at every moment. Under these circumstances, the Barbusse brothers emerged and joined the Ottomans. They were forced to either become a Spanish colony or seek help from the Ottoman Empire. Algeria joined the Ottoman Empire in 1818, becoming an Islamic province in North Africa. The Ottomans implemented political and administrative regulations and divisions to facilitate the process of governance and control. ------------------------------------- الملخص: الظروف التي كانت تعيشها الجزائر من صراع وضعف والخطر الاسباني الذي كان يهددها في كل لحظة وفي ظل هذه الظروف ظهر الإخوة بربوس ودخول تحت لواء العثمانيين اما ان تصبح مستعمرة اسبانية ولم يجدوا مفرا إلا الإستنجاد بالدولة العثمانية. التحاق الجزائر بالدولة العثمانية 8181، لتصبح ايالة اسلامية في شمال افريقيا، قام العثمانين بتنظيمات سياسية وادارية، و تقسيم وذلك لتسهيل عملية الحكم والسيطرة --------------------------------- résumé Les circonstances que traversait l'Algérie, marquées par le conflit, la faiblesse et la menace espagnole qui la menaçait à tout instant, ont poussé les frères Barbusse à entrer sous la bannière ottomane, devenant soit une colonie espagnole, soit n'ayant d'autre issue que de demander l'aide de l'Empire ottoman. L'Algérie a rejoint l'Empire ottoman en 1818, devenant ainsi une province islamique d'Afrique du Nord. Les Ottomans ont mis en place des organisations et des divisions politiques et administratives pour faciliter le processus de domination et de contrôle.
