ETUDE DE LA SELECTIVITE D’UNE MEMBRANES LIQUIDES EMULSIONNEE DANS L’EXTRACTION DES COLORANTS.

| dc.description.abstract | The extraction of methylene blue (MB) contained alone in solution or mixed with congo red (CR), was studied using the emulsified liquid membrane (ELM) technique. The W/O emulsion was formulated based on a sulphuric acid solution (0.5M) as the internal phase and a membrane whose composition is triethylamine (TEA) as extractant (12%), Span 80 as surfactant (3%) and hexane as diluent. The best yield achieved for MB in simple solutions is 97.68% for a contact time of 4 min, an external solution pH equal to 6.42 and a stirring speed of 150 rpm. Other surfactants such as Triton X-100 and Tween 80, as well as other extractants such as di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid (D2EHPA), tributylphosphate (TBP) and tri-phenyl phosphite (TPP), were tested. Extraction of MB in mixed solutions gave extraction yields of 85.64% and 66.27% and de-extraction yields of 16.40% and 21.76% for BM and RC respectively. The transfer of these dyes from the external to the internal phase was confirmed by UV-visible and infrared analysis. The study of selectivity and enrichment factor proved that the emulsion is more selective to congo red than to methylene blue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تمت دراسة استخلاص الميثيلين الأزرق ) BM ( الموجود بمفرده في المحلول أو المخلوط مع أحمر الكونغو ) RC ، ) باستخدام تقنية الغشاء السائل المستحلب ) ELM(. كما تمت صياغة مستحلب E/H على أساس محلول حامض الكبريتيك ( 0,5 مولار( كطور داخلي وغشاء يتكون من ثلاثي إيثيل أمين كمستخلص ) 12 ٪( ، و Span 80 كمادة خافضة للتوتر السطحي ) 3 ٪( والهكسان كمادة مخففة. أفضل مردود تم تحقيقه ل BM في المحاليل البسيطة هو 97,68 ٪ لوقت تلامس 4 دقائق، أس هيدروجيني للمحلول الخارجي يساوي 6,42 وسرعة تقليب 150 دورة في الدقيقة. تم اختبار مواد أخرى خافضة للتوتر السطحي مثل 100 - Triton X و 80 Tween ، بالإضافة إلى مستخلصات أخرى مثل acide di-2-éthylhexyl-phosphorique (D2EHPA) ، ributylphosphateT ( TBP ( و Tri-phényl phosphite . (TPP) أعطى استخراج BM في المحاليل المختلطة مردودية استخلاص 85,64 ٪ و 66,27 ٪ واستخلاص رجعي بنسبة 16,40 ٪ و 21,76 ٪ للمركبين BM و RC على التوالي. تم تأكيد نقل هذه الأصبغة من الطور الخارجي إلى الطور الداخلي من خلال تحاليل الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والأشعة تحت الحمراء. أثبتت دراسة الانتقائية وعامل الإثراء أن المستحلب أكثر انتقائية لأحمر الكونغو من الميثيلين الأزرق --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L’extraction du bleu de méthylène (BM) contenu seul en solution ou mélangé avec le rouge congo (RC), a été étudiée en utilisant la technique de membrane liquide émulsionnée (MLE). L’émulsion E/H a été formulée à base d’une solution d'acide sulfurique (0,5M) comme phase interne et une membrane dont la composition est la triéthylamine(TEA) comme extractant (12%), le Span 80 comme surfactant (3%) et l’hexane comme diluant. Le meilleur rendement atteint pour le BM en solutions simples est de 97,68% pour un temps de contact de 4 min, un pH de solution externe égal à 6,42 et une vitesse d’agitation de 150 tr/min. D’autres tensioactifs comme le Triton X-100 et le Tween 80, ainsi que d’autres extractants comme l’acide di-2-éthylhexyl-phosphorique (D2EHPA), le tributylphosphate (TBP) et le tri-phényl phosphite (TPP), ont été testés. L’extraction du BM en solutions mixtes a donné des rendements d’extraction de 85,64% et 66,27% et de désextraction de 16,40% et 21,76% pour le BM et le RC respectivement. Le transfert de ces colorants de la phase externe vers la phase interne a été confirmé par des analyses UV-visible et infrarouges. L’étude de la sélectivité et du facteur d’enrichissement ont prouvé que l’émulsion est plus sélective au rouge congo qu’au bleu de méthylène. | |
