Calcul d’une tour à contreventement mixte avec analyse « PUSHOVER » de l’effet des voiles de contreventement global de structure

Abstract

This project present a detailed study of a Tower, consisting of a basement, a ground floor and 8 stories. This study consists two parts: The first part: is the general description of the project. then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descente of loads (stairs, floors, solid slabs….). In this part, a linear dynamic study of the building by the SAP2000 program was carried out, which allowed us to obtain the final results, to reinforce the different elements of the structure taking into account the recommendations of the Algerian codes in the field of construction. The second part: Conducts a nonlinear static analysis of the building using the push-over method, which is an approximate method in which the structure is subjected to an increasing lateral load until it reaches a target displacement, based on the SAP2000 program. The objective of this study is to get as close as possible to the real behavior of the building, taking into account its behavior outside the linear elastic domain and studying it in the plastic domain. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ هذا المشروع هو عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لبرج مكون من طابق تحت الارض زائد طابق ارضي و ثمان طوابق علويا . اشتملت الدراسة على جزئين رئيسين :ارضي و ثمان طوابق علويا . اشتملت الدراسة على جزئين رئيسين -الجزء الاول: تفصيل عام للمشروع يشتمل على التعريف بالبناية، مع اعطاء الابعاد الاولية للعناصر و حمولة كل عنصر المكونة لها، وحساب تسليح العناصر الثانوية (السلالم و البلاطات المفرغة و المملوءة ...) . اشتمل هذا الجزء إجراء دراسة ديناميكية خطية للمبنى بواسطة برنامج ساب 2000، الذي يزودنا بالنتائج النهائية التي تسمح بتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية، مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار كل توصيات القوانين الجزائرية في مجال البناء. الجزء الثاني : إجراء تحليل ثابت غير خطي للبناية باستخدام طريقة الدفع التدريجي والتي هي طريقة تقريبية نقوم من خلالها بتحميل البناية بحمولة جانبية متزايدة إلى حين وصول بعد مسافة معينة عبر الاعتماد على برنامج ساب2000 الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الاقترا ب قدر الامكان من السلوك الحقيقي للبناية ، وذلك بأخد بعين الاعتبار سلوكها خارج المجال المرن الخطي و دراسته في المجال البلاستيكي ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’une Tour constitué d'un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée et 8 étages. L'étude se composait de deux parties principales: -La première partie: c’est la description générale du projet, Ensuite le pré-dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges (les escaliers, les planchers, les dalles pleines…). Dans cette partie, une étude dynamique linéaire du bâtiment par le programme SAP2000 a été réalisée , ce qui nous permis d’obtenir les résultats finales, pour ferrailler les différents éléments de la structure en tenant compte des recommandations des règlements algériens dans le domaine de la construction. . La deuxième partie: Mener une analyse statique non linéaire du bâtiment en utilisant la méthode de poussé progressive, qui est une méthode approximative dont laquelle la structure est assujettie à une charge latérale croissante jusqu'à atteindre un déplacement cible. En se basant sur le programme SAP2000. L’objectif de cette étude est de s'approcher le plus possible du comportement réel du bâtiment, en prenant en compte son comportement hors du domaine élastique linéaire et en l'étudiant dans le domaine plastique.
