Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: يتمحور الموضوع حول ما إذا كانت هناك معوقات لرقمنة العمليات الادارية بالمركب الرياضي باجي مختار سوق اهراس، حيث قمنا باختيارعينة تتكون من 33موظف من المركب من كلا الجنسين، واعتمدنا على الإستبيان الذي اشتمل على 5 أسئلة شخصية 23 سؤال عام ، واستخدمنا SPSS وتحصلنا على التالي: 1-توجد معوقات اداريه تشريعيه بشريه ماليه تقنيه بدرجه كبيره تعيقالتحول الرقمي بالديوان المركب الرياضي. -2لا توجد فروق في رؤية موظفي المركب الرياضي لدرجة معوقات رقمنة العمليات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3- لا توجد فروق في رؤية موظفي المركب الرياضي الدرجة معوقات التحول الرقمي العزى لمتغير الخيرة. 4- لا توجد فروق في رؤيةالمركب الرياضي لدرجة معوقات رقمنة العمليات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير الشهادة. 5- لا توجد فروق في رؤية موظفي المركب الرياضيلدرجة معوقات رقمنة العمليات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة. هذه النتائج من شئتها أن تفيد المجتمع وتوفير الجهد والوقت والالتحاق بالركب الحضاري والتخلص من البيروقراطية

résumé : Résumé de l’étude : La question porte sur l’existence d’obstacles à la numérisation des processus administratifs au Complexe sportif Badji Mokhtar de Souk Ahras. Nous avons sélectionné un échantillon de 33 employés des deux sexes. Nous avons utilisé un questionnaire comprenant 5 questions personnelles et 23 questions générales. Grâce à SPSS, nous avons obtenu les résultats suivants : 1- D’importants obstacles administratifs, législatifs, humains, financiers et techniques entravent la transformation numérique du bureau du complexesportif. 2- 2- Il n’existeaucunedifférence de perception des employés du complexesportifconcernant le degréd’obstacles à la numérisation des processusadministratifsattribué au genre. 3- Il n’existeaucunedifférence de perception des employés du complexesportifconcernant le degréd’obstacles à la numérisation des processusadministratifsattribué à l’expérience. 4- Il n’existeaucunedifférence de perception des employés du complexesportifconcernant le degréd’obstacles à la numérisation des processusadministratifsattribué à la variable « degré ». 5- Il n’existeaucunedifférence de perception des employés du complexesportifconcernant le degréd’obstacles à la numérisation des processusadministratifsattribué à la variable « emploi ». Cesrésultatsvisent à bénéficier à la société, à économiser du temps et des efforts, à rejoindre les rangs de la civilisation et à éliminer la bureaucratie. abstract : Study Summary: The topic revolves around whether there are obstacles to the digitization of administrativeprocesses at the Badji Mokhtar Sports Complex in Souk Ahras. We selected a sample of 33 employees from both genders. We relied on a questionnaire that Included 5 personal questions and 23 general questions. Using SPSS, we obtained the following: 1-There are significant administrative, legislative, human, financial, and technical obstacles hindering the digital transformation of the sports complex office. 2-There are no differences In the perceptions of sports complex employees regarding the degree of obstacles to the digitization of administrative processes attributed to gender. 3-There are no differences In the perceptions of sports complex employees regarding the degree of obstacles to digital transformation attributed to experiences. 4-There are no differences In the perceptions of sports complex employees regarding the degree of obstacles to the digitization of administrative processes attributed to the degree variable. 5-There are no differences In the perceptions of sports complex employees regarding the degree of obstacles to the digitization of administrative processes attributed to the job variable. These results are intended to benefit society, save time and effort, join the ranks of civilization, and eliminate bureaucracy.
