Abstract: This study focuses on the theme: "The role of internal communication in the coordination of corporate administrative functions," and this study focuses on the national painting organization. We sought to highlight the importance of internal communication in ensuring consistency and integration between administrative functions within the company. In order to achieve its desired objectives, administrative regulation is fully effective to the maximum and shortest possible time, with less effort and expense. This study aims to further improve employee morale and administrative performance, and ensure their loyalty to the organization and its objectives. The research must address several research problems. The main question is: - What is the role of internal communication in the coordination of corporate administrative functions?
