علاقة طرابلس الغرب بالخلافة العثمانية في العهد القرمانلي 1711-1835

Abstract

Abstract In view of the importance of the topic of the modern history of Libya in the Ottoman era, we have tried to shed light on the issue of the presence of the Karamanli family in Libya and its external relationship with the Ottoman Empire, the neighboring provinces and foreign countries 1711 AD / 1835 AD. And the geographical location of the country, then its exposure to foreign harassment and its seeking help from the Ottoman Empire, and in the end we mentioned the weakness of the Ottoman Empire in the rule of Tripoli in the West As for the first chapter, we talked about the establishment of the qaramanli family in western tripoli in 1711 a.d., and the reasons that led to its emergence, the accession of ahmed al-qaramanli to power, and the attempt to bequeath power to his sons. as for the second chapter, we dealt with the nature of the relationship between the family and the ottoman state, which was a dependent relationship on the one hand, and independence on the other hand, and in the last chapter we dealt with the relationship of the family with the neighboring provinces and foreign countries, and we mentioned the reasons for the fall of the karamanli family and the return of turkish rule to tripoli in the west. ------------------------------ ملخص الدراسة بالنظر لأهمية موضوع تاريخ ليبيا الحديث في العهد العثماني، فقد حاولنا تسليط الضوء على مسألة تواجد الأسرة القرمانلية في ليبيا و علاقتها الخارجية مع الدولة العثمانية و إيالات الجوار و الدول الأجنبية 1711م/1835م، قدمنا في الفصل التمهيدي لمحة تاريخية حول طرابلس الغرب ذكرنا فيه أصل التسمية و الموقع الجغرافي للبلاد ثم تعرضها للتحرشات الأجنبية و إستنجادها بالدولة العثمانية، و في الأخير ذكرنا ضعف الدولة العثمانية في حكم طرابلس الغرب . أما عن الفصل الأول تحدثنا فيه عن قيام الأسرة القرمانلية في طرابلس الغرب 1711م و الأسباب التي أدت إلى بروزها و وصول أحمد القرمانلي للحكم و محاولة توريث الحكم لأبناءه , أما عن الفصل الثاني تناولنا طبيعة العلاقة بين الأسرة و الدولة العثمانية التي كانت علاقة تبعية من جهة و إستقلالية من جهة أخرى، و في الفصل الأخير تناولنا علاقة الأسرة مع الإيالات المجاورة و الدول، و ذكرنا أسباب سقوط الأسرة القرمانلية و عودة الحكم التركي لطرابلس الغرب . ------------------------------------ Résumé Compte tenu de l'importance du sujet de l'histoire moderne de la Libye à l'époque ottomane, nous avons essayé d'éclairer la question de la présence de la famille Karamanli en Libye et de ses relations extérieures avec l'Empire ottoman, les provinces voisines et pays étrangers 1711 AD / 1835 AD. Et la situation géographique du pays, puis son exposition au harcèlement étranger et sa recherche de l'aide de l'Empire ottoman, et à la fin nous avons mentionné la faiblesse de l'Empire ottoman dans le règne de Tripoli en Occident En ce qui concerne le premier chapitre, nous avons parlé de l'établissement de la famille qaramanli dans l'ouest de tripoli en 1711 après JC, et des raisons qui ont conduit à son émergence, l'accession d'ahmed al-qaramanli au pouvoir et la tentative de léguer le pouvoir à ses fils. . quant au deuxième chapitre, nous avons traité de la nature de la relation entre la famille et l'État ottoman, qui était une relation de dépendance d'une part, et d'indépendance d'autre part, et dans le dernier chapitre nous avons traité de la relation de la famille avec les provinces voisines et les pays étrangers, et nous avons mentionné les raisons de la chute de la famille karamanli et le retour de la domination turque à tripoli à l'ouest.
