Abstract

Abstract This study falls within the field of Information and Communication Sciences and aims to analyze the impact of internal communication on the effectiveness of teamwork within organizations, through a field study conducted at the Algerian Post – Souk Ahras Unit. The choice of this topic stems from the crucial role that internal communication plays in fostering a positive work environment and facilitating coordination among employees, which contributes to achieving organizational goals efficiently. The study adopts the cooperative systemic approach, which views the organization as an integrated system where various organizational units interact through effective communication channels. The descriptive-analytical method was employed, and field research tools such as questionnaires were used to collect data from a sample of the institution’s employees. The findings revealed a positive correlation between the effectiveness of internal communication (in its various forms: formal, informal, upward, downward, and horizontal) and key elements of teamwork, such as harmony, task distribution, mutual trust, and team spirit. Based on these results, the study recommends the development of internal communication channels within organizations and the adoption of a transparent communication culture, as a means to enhance team performance and support overall organizational effectiveness. ----------------------------- الخلاصـــــــــة: تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن مجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال، وتهدف إلى تحليل تأثير الاتصال الداخلي على فعالية العمل الجماعي داخل المؤسسات، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وحدة سوق أهراس، ينبع اختيار هذا الموضوع من الأهمية البالغة التي يحظى بها الاتصال الداخلي في تعزيز بيئة العمل، وتسهيل التنسيق بين الأفراد، مما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بكفاءة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المقاربة النسقية التعاونية التي تنظر إلى المؤسسة كنظام متكامل تتفاعل داخله مختلف الوحدات التنظيمية من خلال قنوات اتصال فعالة، كما تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي ، مع استخدام أدوات بحث ميدانية مثل الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة من موظفي المؤسسة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين فعالية الاتصال الداخلي (بمختلف أنواعه: الرسمي، غير الرسمي، الصاعد، النازل، والأفقي) وبين عناصر العمل الجماعي مثل: الانسجام، توزيع المهام، الثقة المتبادلة، وروح التعاون. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير قنوات الاتصال الداخلي داخل المؤسسات، وتبني ثقافة تواصلية شفافة، بما يعزز من أداء الفرق ويدعم تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية الشاملة. ---------------------------------------- résumé : Cette étude s’inscrit dans le domaine des sciences de l’information et de la communication. Elle vise à analyser l’impact de la communication interne sur l’efficacité du travail d’équipe au sein des organisations, à travers une étude de terrain menée au niveau de l’unité de la Poste Algérienne de Souk Ahras. Le choix de ce sujet découle de l’importance majeure que revêt la communication interne pour renforcer l’environnement de travail et faciliter la coordination entre les individus, contribuant ainsi à l’atteinte efficiente des objectifs organisationnels. L’étude s’appuie sur l’approche systémique et coopérative, qui considère l’organisation comme un système intégré au sein duquel interagissent les différentes unités organisationnelles via des canaux de communication efficaces. La méthode descriptive a été adoptée, en recourant à des outils de recherche sur le terrain tels que le questionnaire, afin de collecter des données auprès d’un échantillon d’employés de l’établissement. Les résultats ont révélé une relation positive et directe entre l’efficacité de la communication interne (sous ses diverses formes : formelle, informelle, ascendante, descendante et horizontale) et les éléments du travail d’équipe tels que la cohésion, la répartition des tâches, la confiance mutuelle et l’esprit de coopération. L’étude recommande de développer les canaux de communication interne au sein des organisations et de promouvoir une culture de communication transparente, afin d’améliorer la performance des équipes et de soutenir l’efficacité organisationnelle globale.
