Abstract

Abstract: Foreign Investments in algeria face a range of obstacles that limit the attraction of foreign investment‚ the most prominent of these are the complexity of administrative procedures the ambiguity of certain laws their instability and their frequent amendments‚ which negatively impacts the attraction of foreign investors economic factors such as the lack of economic diversification financing difficulties and limited infrastructure‚ also contribute to reducing the attractiveness of the investment climate in addition the issue of transparency further compounds these challenges all these obstacles are reflected negatively on the flow of foreign investments in algeria. ............................... مخلص تواجه الإستثمارت الأجنبية في الجزائر جملة من العوائق التي تحد من جذب الإستثمار الأجنبي، من أبرزها تعقيد الإجراءات الإدارية وغموض بعض القوانين وعدم إستقرارها وكثرة تعديلاتها مما يؤثر سلبا على جذب المستثمر الأجنبي، كما تساهم العوامل الإقتصادية مثل ضعف تنويع الاقتصاد وصعوبة التمويل ومحدودية البنية التحتية إضافة إلى مشكل الشفافية في تقليل جاذبية المناخ الإستثماري، كل هذه العوائق تنعكس سلبا على تدفق الاستثمارات الأجنبية في الجزائر. ............................... Résumé Les investissements étrangers en Algérie sont confrontés a plusieurs obstacles qui limitent leur attractivité parmi les principaux obstacles figurent la complexité des procédures administratives l’ambigüité de certaines lois leur instabilité ainsi que la fréquence de leurs modifications ce qui affecte négativement l’attraction des investisseurs étrangers de plus des facteurs économiques tels que le manque de diversification de l’économie les difficultés de financement et l’insuffisance des infrastructures contribuent a réduire l’attractivité du climat d’investissement à cela s’ajoute le problème du manque de transparence qui aggrave davantage ces difficultés l’ensemble de ces obstacles a un impact négatif sur les flux d’investissements étrangers en Algérie
