| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to examine the effect of biological age on the development of basic physical fitness attributes among under-15 football players. The comparative descriptive method was applied to a sample of 80 players from Sétif clubs, each with more than three years of training experience. Data analyzed using SPSS-27 and the independent samples t-test revealed that biological maturity significantly influences physical fitness levels, and that relying solely on chronological age does not reflect the actual developmental status of young football players. | |
