Abstract

Abstract The culturel relations between the ottoman provincs algeria and tunisia during the days of 1671-1830 were distingshed dering the ottoman era know as stability far from tention and conflict .in contrast to the political aspect thelinks of communication between peoples throught generation . tunisia also knew the emergence of many educational institiuation sush as mosques and zawiyas, and eudcationflourished inh their metropolises ,the geographical extension of each of the two states , as they are two neighboring countries , also contributed to the promotion of cultural exchange through the trips undertaken by scholars in order to expand the intellectual balance and advance the scientfic life of their countries the islamic religion and lincreasing the knowledge and scientific eschange between them . as the residents of the resident of the two countries adopted the same religion and the arabic language . and this is what encouraged scholars to travel and this is what encouraged scholars to travel and leaern more about religion , that appeerred in algeria and moved to tunisia and vice versa , all these factors and manifestations led to the strengthen and strengthening and embodied the unity of the maghreb culture field . ----------------------------------------- الملخص تميزت العلاقات الثقافية بين الولايتين العثمانيتين الجزائر وتونس خلال أيام 1671-1830 في ظل العهد العثماني الذي عرف بالاستقرار البعيد عن التوتر والصراع على عكس الجانب السياسي روابط التواصل بين الشعوب عبر الأجيال. كما عرفت تونس ظهور العديد من المؤسسات التعليمية كالمساجد والزوايا، وازدهر التعليم في عواصمها، والامتداد الجغرافي لكل من الولايتين باعتبارهما دولتين متجاورتين، كما ساهمت في تعزيز التبادل الثقافي من خلال الرحلات التي يقوم بها العلماء من أجل توسيع الرصيد الفكري والنهوض بالحياة العلمية لبلديهما الدين الإسلامي وزيادة التبادل المعرفي والعلمي بينهما. حيث أن سكان البلدين المقيمين يعتنقون نفس الدين واللغة العربية. وهذا ما شجع العلماء على السفر وهذا ما شجع العلماء على السفر والتعرف أكثر على الدين الذي ظهر في الجزائر وانتقل إلى تونس وبالعكس، كل هذه العوامل والمظاهر أدت إلى تقوية وتقوية وتجسيد وحدة المجال الثقافي المغاربي. ------------------------------------ Rèsumè Les relation culturelle entre les deux provinces ottoman l’Algérie et la Tunisie durant les jours des jours 1671-1830 se distinguaient a l’époque ottoman dite de stabilité loin des tension et des conflits l’oppose de l’aspect politique de communication entre les peuples a travers les génération la Tunisie a également connue l’émergence de nombreuse institution éducative telles que les mosquées et les et zawiyas et l’éducations prospère dans leurs métropoles l’extensions géographique de chacun des deux êtas car ce sont deux pays voisins a également contrebute a la promotion des échange culturel a travers les voyage entrepris par les universitaire afin d’élargir l’équilibre intellectuel et de faire avancer la vie scientifique a leurs pays ,la région islamique et l’unité linguistique sont considères comme les facture les plus efficaces pour accroitre les connaissance et les échange scientifique entre eux car les résident des deux pays ont adopte la même religion et la langue arabe ,et c’est ce qui est apure en Algérie et c’est déplaces en Tunisie et inversement ,tous ces facteurs et renforcement et au renforcement des relation en entre eux et ont incarne l’unite du champ culturel maghrébin.
