Abstract

Study Summary: This study aimed to analyze the impact of organizational structure on communication effectiveness within the Algerian Water Company in the Souk Ahras region. To achieve the study objectives, a data collection form consisting of (38) items was designed. The study sample was selected at (30%) of the study population. (173) questionnaires were distributed, of which (153) were returned and valid. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The study reached a set of results, the most notable of which were the following:  The respondents' perceptions of the paragraphs on the dimensions of the independent variable "organizational structure" were high, and the overall arithmetic mean of the respondents' perceptions of the dimensions of the communication effectiveness variable in the institution was high.  The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the organizational structure (centralization, complexity, and formality) on communication effectiveness in the institution at the level of the Algerian Water Company in the Souk Ahras region. The study recommended the need to prepare cadres with structural responsibility to improve the communication system as an administrative approach, and the need to design the institution's organizational structure in a way that achieves communication effectiveness within the institution and facilitates communication between the manager and subordinates in all directions ------------------------------------ ملخص الدراســــــــــــــــــــــــة : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الهيكل التنظيمي على فعالية الإتصال في المؤسسة على مستوى الجزائرية للمياه منطقة سوق أهراس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (38) فقرة، حيث تم إختيار عينة الدراسة بنسبة (30%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم توزيع (173) إستمارة، أعيد منها وكان صالحا (153) إستمارة، وتم إستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS لتحليل تلك البيانات وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها مايلي:  أن تصورات المبحوثين لفقرات أبعاد المتغير المستقل " الهيكل التنظيمي" قد جاءت مرتفعة، وأن المتوسط الحسابي العام لتصورات المبحوثين نحو أبعاد متغير فعالية الاتصال في المؤسسة قد جاء مرتفعا.  توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي) المركزية، التعقيد، الرسمية ( على فعالية الاتصال في المؤسسة على مستوى الجزائرية للمياه منطقة سوق أهراس. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تهيئة الإطارات المتمتعين بالمسؤولية الهيكلية لتحسين نظام الاتصال كمنهج إداري، وضرورة تصميم الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة على نحو يحقق فعالية الاتصال في المؤسسة ويسهل عملية الاتصال بين الرئيس والمرؤوسين وفي جميع الاتجاهات. الكلمات المفتاحية:
