Abstract

ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف عن الرضا الوظيفي لمستشاري الرياضة المدمجين ضمن المرسوم التنفيذي 336/19، ومن أجل ذلك وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وظف الطالب استمارة استبيانية وزعت على عينة من 40 من مستشاري الرياضة المدمجين، وعولجت البيانات احصائيا بواسطة برنامج SPSS V26 توصلنا الى انه توجد هناك مستوى مرتفع للرضا الوظيفي من قبل مستشاري الرياضة المدمجين ضمن المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 336/19، كما توصلت الدراسة انه يوجد رضا من قبل المستشارين عن كل من ظروف العمل الأجر الترقية العلاقة مع الزملاء، العلاقة مع المنخرطين والمكانة الاجتماعية، وعليه أوصينا بضرورة الاهتمام اكثر بالمستشارين الرياضيين قبل وبعد الادماج من جميع النواحي. résumé : L’étude visait à identifier la satisfaction professionnelle des consultants sportifs intégrés dans le cadre du décret exécutif 336/19, et pour cela nous avons utilisé l’approche analytique descriptive de son adéquation à la nature du sujet, l’étudiant a utilisé un formulaire de questionnaire distribué à un échantillon de 40 consultants sportifs intégrés, et les données ont été traitées statistiquement par SPSS V26 Nous avons constaté qu’il existe un niveau élevé de satisfaction professionnelle des consultants sportifs intégrés dans le décret exécutif n ° 336/19, et l’étude a également constaté qu’il y a une satisfaction des consultants pour chacun des Conditions de travail, rémunération, promotion, relation avec les collègues, relation avec les participants et statut social, et nous avons donc recommandé la nécessité d’accorder plus d’attention aux conseillers sportifs avant et après l’intégration à tous égards. abstract : The study aimed to identify the job satisfaction of integrated sports advisors within Executive Decree 336/19, and for this we employed the descriptive analytical approach to suit the nature of the subject. The student employed a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 40 integrated sports advisors, and the data was processed statistically using the SPSS V26 program. The study also found that there is satisfaction among advisors regarding each of the working conditions, pay, promotion, relationship with colleagues, relationship with those involved, and social status.
