Also, our communities in the Algerian society have a marginalized population in various social, administrative and economic positions, the lands and the surrounding areas consist of 5% of the total population, also in the number of native Algerians. The social situation of “Algeria’s Ottoman Empire” has been used to travel to the Encyclopedia of “Abou El Kacem Saàdallah” that Receive negative and positive aspects of the present day in Algeria. -------------------------------------- الملخص: يعتبر وجود العثمانيين في الجزائر مرحلة حافلة بالأحداث التاريخية في تاريخ الأيالة ، فقد شهدت الجزائر تغييرا جذريا في مختلف مجالات الحياة سواء السياسية أو العسكرية أو الإقتصادية أو الثقافية وأيضا الإجتماعية . كما عرفت الجزائر نسقا إجتماعيا جديدا نتج عن زواج نساء الجزائريات بالأتراك العثمانييين وهو الكراغلة ، في حين نجد أن المجتمع الجزائري عرف تهميشا كليا في مختلف المناصب سواء الإجتماعية أو الإدارية أو الإقتصادية ، حيث شكل أتراك واليهود والأجانب مايقارب %5 من إجمالي السكان في حين قدر عدد الجزائريين الأصليين حوالي 95 % ، وبالتالي كان لهذا العدد تأثيرا على الحياة الإجتماعية للجزائريين خاصة من ناحية الأوضاع الصحية التي كانت جد متردية ، وقد تمت دراسته الوضع الإجتماعي للجزائر العثمانية من خلال موسوعة أبو القاسم سعد الله الذي وافق في رأيه بين سلبيات وايجابيات الوجود العثماني في الجزائر . --------------------------------------- Résumé : La présence des Ottomans en Algérie se considère comme une étape pleine d’ événement historiques . L’Algérie a connu un changement radical dans les différent domaines de la vie politique, militaire, économique , culturel et sociale . L’Algérie a également connu un nouvel ordre social résultant du mariage des femmes algériennes avec les Turcs Ottomans « les kouloughlis » . Tandis que nous constatons que la société algérienne a été complètement marginalisée dans les diverses position sociales , administratives ou économique , les Turcs et les Juifs étrangers constituaient environ 5% de la population totale , alors que le nombre des Algériens d’origine était estimé à environ 95% . Ce nombre avait donc un impact sur la vie sociale des Algériens , notamment en qui concerne les situation sanitaires qui étaient dégradées .La situation sociale de « l’Algérie ottomane » à été étudiée à travers l’Encyclopédie de « Abou El kacem Saàdallah » qui a concilie les aspects négatifs et positifs de la présence ottomane en Algérie .
