Abstract

Summary : This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of education in Algeria in general and the university (Mohamed Sharif, assistant of Souk Ahras), especially in light of the current conditions in which the world is living due to the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid 19), so it presented the most important problems facing the educational system in the world and then Algeria and the most important proposals that It was presented during the third session of the African Union Specialized Committee for Education, Science and Technology, which was held on April 7, 2020, and I distributed an electronic questionnaire distributed to 50 male and female students with the aim of monitoring their opinions about exceptional conditions and ways to study during quarantine and after returning to the classrooms with the prevention protocol and modern methods of distance education and the role of The digital ground in contributing to the provision of scientific material -------------------------- ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم في الجزائر بشكل عام والجامعة (محمد شريف، مساعد سوق أهراس)، وخاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة التي يعيشها العالم جراء تفشي فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19)، لذا عرضت أهم المشاكل التي تواجه المنظومة التعليمية في العالم ومن ثم الجزائر وأهم المقترحات التي طرحتها خلال الدورة الثالثة للجنة المتخصصة للاتحاد الأفريقي للتربية والعلوم والتكنولوجيا، المنعقدة بتاريخ 7 أبريل 2020، حيث تم توزيع استبيان إلكتروني على 50 طالبًا وطالبة بهدف رصد آرائهم حول الظروف الاستثنائية وسبل الدراسة خلال فترة الحجر الصحي وبعد العودة إلى الفصول الدراسية مع بروتوكول الوقاية والأساليب الحديثة للتعليم عن بُعد ودور الأرضية الرقمية في المساهمة في توفير المادة العلمية.
