Fabrication et transformation de la cire d'abeille brute à la cire gaufrée

Abstract

Embossed wax is particularly important in beekeeping, particularly in the organization of bee colonies and honey production. Indeed, it serves as a support for brood rearing and honey storage. In Algeria, embossed wax is largely imported from abroad. However, the quality of these embossed waxes raises concerns. In our work, we undertook a study that consisted of analyzing several samples of embossed wax imported from China to look for added synthetic substances that could harm bees and honey quality. Another part of this work will be dedicated to the manufacture of a higher-quality local embossed wax with optimal physical properties (strength and flexibility) in order to ensure self-sufficiency at the local and then national levels. We therefore collected four samples of embossed wax imported from China, on which we conducted preliminary analyses such as physical and chemical analyses (melting point and chemical indices (IA, IS, IE), and infrared (FTIR) to detect the presence of hydrocarbons and contaminants in our samples. The results obtained confirm the existence of synthetic substances in the analyzed samples. Further analyses will be conducted to more precisely determine the substances incorporated into the imported embossed wax. It is important to inspect embossed waxes before distribution to preserve the health of our bees and to guarantee the quality of beekeeping products. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- يتمتع الشمع المنقوش بأهمية خاصة في مجال تربية النحل، وخاصة في تنظيم مستعمرات النحل وإنتاج العسل. في الواقع، فهو بمثابة دعامة لتربية الحضنة وتخزين العسل في الجزائر، يتم استيراد الشمع المنقوش إلى حد كبير من الخارج. ومع ذلك، هناك مخاوف بشأن جودة هذه الشمع المنقوش في عملنا قمنا بدراسة تمثلت في تحليل بعض عينات الشمع المنقوش المستورد من الصين وذلك للبحث عن المواد الصناعية المضافة والتي قد تضر بالنحل وجودة العسل. وسيتم تخصيص جزء آخر من هذا العمل الإنتاج شمع منقوش محلي بجودة أفضل وخصائص فيزيائية مثالية (المقاومة والمرونة) من أجل ضمان الاكتفاء الذاتي على المستوى المحلي ثم الوطني. لذلك قمنا بجمع 04 عينات من الشمع المنقوش المستورد من الصين والتي أجرينا عليها تحاليل أولية مثل التحاليل الفيزيائية والكيميائية للكشف عن وجود الهيدروكربونات والمواد الملوثة في عيناتنا وتؤكد النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها وجود مواد صناعية في العينات التي تم تحليلها. سيتم إجراء تحليلات أخرى لتحديد المواد المدمجة في الشمع المنقوش المستورد بشكل أكثر دقة . المهم فحص الشمع المنقوش قبل التوزيع للحفاظ على صحة نحلنا ولضمان جودة منتجات تربية النحل. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- La cire gaufrée possède une importance particulière dans le domaine de l’apiculture, notamment dans l’organisation des colonies d’abeilles et la production du miel. En effet, elle sert de support à l’élevage du couvain et au stockage du miel. En Algérie, la cire gaufrée est importée en grande partie de l’étranger. Cependant, la qualité de ces cires gaufrées suscite des préoccupations. Dans notre travail, nous avons entrepris une étude qui consiste à analyser quelques échantillons de cire gaufrée importées de Chine afin de rechercher les substances synthétiques ajoutées pouvant nuire aux abeilles et à la qualité du miel. Une autre partie de ce travail, sera dédié à la fabrication d’une cire gaufrée locale de meilleure qualité et ayant des propriétés physiques optimales (résistance et souplesse) et ce afin de garantir l’autosuffisance au niveau locale puis nationale. Nous avons donc collecté 04 échantillons de cire gaufrée importées de Chine sur lesquels nous avons mené des analyses préliminaires elles que les analyse phisco- chimique (point de fusion et les indices chimiques (IA .IS .IE), nous avons également utilisé l’infra rouge (FTIR) afin de déceler la présence d’Hydrocarbure et de contaminants au sein de nos échantillons. Les résultats obtenus confirment l’existence des subsistances synthétiques dans les échantillons analysés. d’autres analyses seront effectuées pour déterminer avec plus de précision les substances intégrées dans la cire gaufrée importée. Il est important de contrôler les cires gaufrées avant leur distribution pour préserver la santé de nos abeilles et pour garantir la qualité des produits issus de l’apiculture.
