Abstract

Abstract Through this study, we aimed to identify the role of e-government in the educational process at the university. We focused on the use of e-government in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities, and used a descriptive survey approach to answer the main question and identify the impact of e-government on improving the educational process. We also used an observation tool and a questionnaire form, which were distributed intentionally to address the questions in the following subsection: 1. What is the level of application of e-government at the university? 2. How do new media technologies contribute to improving educational performance? 3. Is there an opportunity to improve the use of communication technologies in the educational process? 4. What is the reality of the use of communication technologies in the educational process? 5. Is there a relationship between the use of e-government and the quality of higher education? This study was divided into a production framework (the pure method, the study, the limitations of the study, its significance), a theoretical framework in which we addressed the two variables (e-government, the educational process, and the relationship between them), and a field framework in which we analyzed the data obtained and extracted the relevant results, with a simple table and the most important suggestions and recommendations. The study concluded that the college of social sciences and humanities does not apply e-government and does not use modern teaching techniques. -------------------------------- ملخص هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية بالجامعة. لقد ركزنا على هذا دراسة حول استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، واعتمدنا على منهج المسح وصفية من أجل الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي وتحديد تأثير استخدام الإدارة لتحسين العملية التعليمية، نحن كما تم استخدام أداة الملاحظة ونموذج الاستبيان، والذي تم توزيعها عمدًا استجابةً لقسم الحرائق الفرعي التالي 1. ما هو مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجامعة؟ 2. كيف تساهم تقنيات الوسائط الجديدة في تحسين العروض التعليمية. 3. هل هناك إمكانية لتحسين واقع استخدام التكنولوجيا؟ التواصل في العملية التعليمية. 4. ما حقيقة استخدام تكنولوجيات الاتصال في العملية التعليمية. 5. هل هناك علاقة بين استخدام الحكومة الإلكترونية و جودة التعليم العالي. وقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى إطار إنتاجي (المنهج البحت، الدراسة، الحدود) من الدراسة، أهميتها..إطار نظري تناولنا فيه متغيرين (الإدارة الإلكترونية، العملية التعليمية، والعلاقة بين لهم وإطار عمل ميداني قمنا فيه بتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها و يستخرج النتائج ذات الصلة، مع الجدول البسيط والاقتراحات و أهم التوصيات وخلصت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أن كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية لا يطبق الإدارة الإلكترونية ولا يستخدم التقنيات التعليمية حديث ---------------------- Résumé Nous visions a travers cette étude a identifier le rôle de l’administration électronique dans le processus éducatif a l’université. Nous nous sommes concentrés dans cette étude sur l’utilisation de l’administration électronique au collège des sciences sociales et humaines ,et nous nous sommes appuyés sur l’approche de l’enquête descriptive afin de répondre a la question principale et d’identifier l’impact de l’utilisation de l’administration afin d’améliorer le processus pédagogique, nous avons également utilisé l’outil d’observation et le formulaire de questionnaire, qui ont été distribués intentionnellement afin de répondre au feu de la sous-section suivante 1. Quel est niveau d’application de l’administration électronique a l’université. 2. comment les nouvelles technologies des médias contribuent-elles a l’amélioration des performances éducatives. 3. Existe-t-il une possibilité d’améliorer la réalité de l’utilisation des technologies de la communication dans le processus éducatif. 4. Quelle est la réalité de l’utilisation des technologies de la communication dans le processus éducatif. 5. Existe-t-l une relation entre l’utilisation de l’administration électronique et la qualité de l’enseignement supérieur. Cette étude a été, diviseé en un cadre productif (la méthode pure, l’étude, les limites de l’étude , mon importance..un cadre théorique dans lequel nous avons abordé les deux variables (l’administration électonique,le processus éducatif et la relation entre elles et un cadre de terrain dans lequel nous avons analysé les données obtenues et extrait les résultats pertinents,avec le tableau simple et les suggestions et recommandations les plus importantes , l’étude a conclu dans ses résultas que le collége des sciences sociales et humaines n’applique pas la gestion électronique et n’utilise pas les techniques pédagogique modernes
