Abstract
الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة تأثير الإسترجاع على مردود لاعبي كرة القدم في القسم الثاني هواة. يهدف البحث إلى فهم كيفية تأثير برامج الإسترجاع البدني والنفسي على المردود الرياضي. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من لاعبي كرة القدم في القسم الثاني هواة، حيث يركز البحث على هذه الفئة لتحديد مدى أهمية الإسترجاع في تحسين أدائهم.
تم إختيار عينة متعمدة من اللاعبين (لاعبي كرة القدم القسم الثاني هواة) مما يضمن تمثيلها الجيد لمجتمع الدراسة. إستخدمتالإستبيانات كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتم تصميمها لتشمل أسئلة حول ممارسات الإسترجاع مثل النوم، التغذية، والراحة النفسية.
أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين فاعلية برامج الإسترجاع وتحسن الأداء البدني. تبين أن اللاعبين الذين يتبعون تقنيات إسترجاع منتظمة، مثل النوم الجيد والدعم النفسي، يحققون أداءً أفضل بكثير من الذين لا يلتزمون بهذه البرامج. تشير النتائج إلى أن الإسترجاع يؤثر إيجابًا على الجانب النفسي، مما يعزز من تركيز اللاعبين وثقتهم أثناء المباريات. توصي الدراسة بضرورة إدراج فترات إسترجاع منهجية في خطط التدريب الخاصة بفرق الهواة، مما قد يسهم في رفع مستوى الأداء الرياضي
abstract :
This study examines the impact of recovery on the performance of amateur football players in the second division. The research aims to understand how physical and psychological recovery programs influence athletic performance. The study population consists of amateur football players in the second division, focusing on this group to determine the significance of recovery in enhancing their performance.
A purposive sample of players was selected, ensuring good representation of the study population. Questionnaires were used as the primary tool for data collection, designed to include questions about recovery practices such as sleep, nutrition, and psychological rest.
The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between the effectiveness of recovery programs and improvements in physical performance. It was found that players who adhere to regular recovery techniques, such as good sleep and psychological support, achieve significantly better performance than those who do not follow these programs. The findings suggest that recovery positively impacts the psychological aspect, enhancing players' focus and confidence during matches. The study recommends the incorporation of structured recovery periods in training plans for amateur teams, which could contribute to improving athletic performance.
