Abstract

Summary: The subject of the study aims to treat the international importance of Algeria during the period of Deys (1671-1830), which is considered one of the most glorious periods in the history of Algeria, through a problematic that deals with the position acquired by Algeria on the international level during the period of the Deys. The subject of the study was divided into three chapters which dealt with the international position of Algeria between strength and regression, through documents and specialized references related to the subject of our research which concluded with the following main points: First: Algeria's political situation was unstable, dominated by Crusader aggression and regional conflict, which paved the way for the rise of the Ottomans in Algeria. Second: the emergence of Algeria as a state of prestige through the strength of its navy and its external relations. Finally, the decline of its international influence and the loss of its sovereignty due to several factors. -------------------------------------- ملخص: يهدف موضوع الدراسة إلى معالجة الأهمية الدولية للجزائر خلال فترة الدايات (1671-1830) التي تعتبر من أمجد الفترات في تاريخ الجزائر، وذلك من خلال إشكالية تتناول المكانة التي اكتسبتها الجزائر على المستوى الدولي خلال فترة الدايات. انقسم موضوع الدراسة إلى ثلاثة فصول تناولت الوضع الدولي للجزائر بين القوة والتراجع، وذلك من خلال الوثائق والمراجع المتخصصة ذات الصلة بموضوع بحثنا والتي خلصت إلى النقاط الرئيسية التالية: أولاً: كان الوضع السياسي في الجزائر غير مستقر، وسيطر عليه العدوان الصليبي والصراع الإقليمي، مما مهد لصعود العثمانيين في الجزائر. ثانياً: ظهور الجزائر كدولة هيبة من خلال قوة بحريتها وعلاقاتها الخارجية. وأخيرا تراجع نفوذها الدولي وفقدان سيادتها لعدة عوامل. ------------------------------------ Résumé: Le sujet de l'étude a pour objectif le traitement de l’importance internationale de l'Algérie à l’époque des Dey (1671-1830), qui est considérée comme l'une des périodes les plus glorieuses de l'histoire de l'Algérie, à travers une problématique qui traite la position acquise par l'Algérie sur le plan international pendant la période des Dey. Le sujet de l'étude a été divisé en trois chapitres qui ont traité la position internationale de l'Algérie entre la force et la régression, à travers des documents et références spécialisées en rapport avec le sujet de notre recherche qui s'est conclu par les points principaux suivants : Premièrement : la situation politique de l'Algérie était instable, dominé par l'agression des Croisades.et le conflit régional, ce qui a ouvert la voie à l'avènement des Ottomans en Algérie. Deuxièmement : l’émergence de l'Algérie comme État de prestige par la force de sa marine et ses relations extérieures. Enfin, le déclin de son rayonnement international et la perte de sa souveraineté par l'imbrication de plusieurs facteurs.
