دور الإدارة الإستراتجية في تنمية الأداء الإداري دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسات الرياضية لبعض ولايات الجنوب الشرقي بالجزائر ( الوادي – ورقلة- تقرت )

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على دور الادارة الاستراتيجية في تنمية الأداء الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين لمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولايات الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري، وذلك لفائدة عينة مكونة من (40) من الموظفين الإداريين لمديرية الشبيبة والرياضة لولايات الجنوب الشرقي،وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، و الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ومن خلال تقدير النموذج بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي ، SPSS v.25 وعرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة اتضح أن هناك دور قوي لتطبيق أليات الادارة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق وتطوير الأداء ا الإداري في مديرية الشبيبة والرياضة لولايات الجنوب الشرقي، بالإضافة إلى وجود درجة عالية في فهم وإدراك مفهوم الادارة الاستراتيجية، كما تتوفر مراحل وخطوات اعداد الاستراتيجية، ووجود درجة عالية في توافر الاستراتيجيات على مستوى الإدارات، كما أنه يوجد الية قياس الاداء الاستراتيجي، وهناك درجة كفاءة وفعالية عالية للأداء الإداري، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق أليات الادارة الاستراتيجية والأداء الإداري في مديرية الشبيبة والرياضة لولايات الجنوب الشرقي

abstract : This study aimed to try to identify the role of strategic management in developing the administrative performance of the administrative employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the states of the south-eastern Algerian states, for the benefit of a sample consisting of (40) administrative employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the states of the south-east. The descriptive and analytical approach was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, and by estimating the model using the statistical program, SPSS v.25, and presenting and analyzing the results of the study, it became clear that there is a strong role for the application of strategic management mechanisms in achieving and developing administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate for the states of the southeast, in addition to the presence of a high degree in Understanding and realizing the concept of strategic management, as there are stages and steps for preparing the strategy, and a high degree of availability of strategies at the departmental level, and there is a mechanism for measuring strategic performance, and there is a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness of administrative performance, and that there is a statistically significant correlation between the application of management mechanisms Strategy and administrative performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the Southeastern States.

résumé : Cette étude avait pour objectif de tenter d'identifier le rôle du management stratégique dans le développement de la performance administrative des agents administratifs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports pour les Etats du sud-est algérien, au bénéfice d'un échantillon composé de (40) employés administratifs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports pour les États du sud-est. L'approche descriptive et analytique a été utilisée. Le questionnaire est un outil de collecte de données et d'estimation du modèle à l'aide du programme statistique SPSS v.25. En présentant et en analysant les résultats de l'étude, il est apparu clairement que l'application de mécanismes de gestion stratégique dans l'atteinte et le développement de la performance administrative au sein de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports des États du Sud-Est, en plus d'un haut degré de compréhension et de sensibilisation, a un rôle important à jouer. du concept de gestion stratégique.
