Abstract

Abstract: This study is concerned on the research and introduction of information and communication technology applications in improving the educational process of secondary teachers, the excellent martyr Sirin Lakhmisi-Taoura-Souk Ahras, and addressed the problem of research by asking the following central question: How is the information and communication technology used by secondary school teachers? The study aimed to identify the patterns and habits of the use of information and communication technology, as well as the effects of this use on the level of education and satisfaction achieved by teachers. The study was included in the descriptive studies as the most appropriate in describing the uses of information and communication technology among the secondary teachers. In terms of the methodology we followed, it is the descriptive approach and we adopted the high survey of all the members of the study which consists of 44 individuals. Based on the objectives of the research, we relied on the form as the main tool for data collection and then applied in a distributed way to answer three sub-questions: 1. What are the habits and patterns of use of secondary teachers Sample study of information and communication technologies? 2. How did this technology affect educational performance? 3. What are the expectations of teachers from using this technology? We have reached the following conclusions: 1. It appears that the educational institution, despite its possession and availability of technical means, but does not allow the use of permanent fear of corrupting these devices or use for entertainment and waste of time. 2. The uses of information and communication technology have imposed themselves through the following manifestations: the tendency of students to use computers, the abandonment of teachers on traditional methods and thus facilitated the educational process among students and contributed to the satisfaction of cognitive needs. --------------------- ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة البحثَ في تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين العملية التعليمية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي، الشهيدة الفاضلة سيرين لخميسي - ولاية طورة - سوق أهراس، وتناولت إشكالية البحث بطرح السؤال المحوري التالي: كيف يستخدم أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات؟ هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أنماط وعادات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وآثار هذا الاستخدام على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي والرضا الوظيفي للأساتذة. وُضعت الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية باعتبارها الأنسب لوصف استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. أما المنهج الذي اتبعناه فهو المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدنا فيه على عينة عشوائية من جميع أفراد الدراسة، والبالغ عددهم 44 فردًا. بناءً على أهداف البحث، اعتمدنا على الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ثم طبقناها بشكل موزع للإجابة على ثلاثة أسئلة فرعية: 1. ما عادات وأنماط استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (عينة دراسة)؟ 2. كيف أثرت هذه التكنولوجيا على الأداء التعليمي؟ 3. ما توقعات المعلمين من استخدامها؟ وقد توصلنا إلى الاستنتاجات التالية: 1. يبدو أن المؤسسة التعليمية، رغم امتلاكها وتوفرها للوسائل التقنية، لا تسمح باستخدامها خوفًا دائمًا من إفسادها أو استخدامها للتسلية وإضاعة الوقت. 2. فرضت استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات نفسها من خلال المظاهر التالية: ميل الطلاب إلى استخدام الحاسوب، وتخلي المعلمين عن الطرق التقليدية، مما سهل العملية التعليمية لدى الطلاب وساهم في إشباع الحاجات المعرفية.
