Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to identify the role of Facebook pages in improving community volunteer work by exploring the areas of volunteer work, the persuasive appeals employed, and the multimedia used. To answer the study's objectives, we followed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a content analysis form, applying it to a purposive sample of posts. The study reached a number of results. - The study found that the areas of volunteer work were balanced between the social, economic, and religious spheres, along with work in the health sector. - The Facebook page utilized persuasive appeals, employing emotional, rational, and intimidating appeals in a similar manner, enhancing the persuasive power of the association's message. - The association relies on multimedia to present its posts, with Arabic dominating most of the posts. High-quality images and text were also used, along with long and medium-length videos. --------------------------------- الملخص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور الصفحات الفيسبوكية في تحسين العمل التطوعي الجمعوي من خلال البحث في مجالات العمل التطوعي، الاستمالات الاقناعية الموظفة، الوسائط المتعددة الموظفة. و للإجابة عن اهداف الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدمنا استمارة تحليل المحتوى وطبقناها على عينة قصدية و بلغ عدد مفرداتها منشورات و توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج. - توصلت الدراسة الى ان مجالات العمل التطوعي وظفت بشكل متوازن بين المجال الاجتماعي، المجال الاقتصادي و المجال الديني مع اعمال المجال الصحي. - تستخدم الصفحة الفيسبوكية الاستمالات الاقناعية حيث وظفت الاستمالات العاطفية، العقلية و التخويفية بشكل متقارب مما عزز الدور الإقناعي لرسالة الجمعية. - تعتمد الجمعية في عرض منشوراتها على الوسائط المتعددة حيث سيطرت اللغة العربية على معظم المنشورات وظفت الصور + النص ذات جودة عالية، كما غلب عليها استخدام الفيديو الطويل و المتوسط. ------------------------------------------- Résume : L'étude vise à identifier le rôle des pages Facebook dans l'amélioration du travail bénévole collectif grâce à des recherches dans les domaines du travail bénévole, de la persuasion des employés et du multimédia des employés. Afin de répondre aux objectifs de l'étude, nous avons suivi l'approche analytique descriptive, et nous avons utilisé le formulaire d'analyse de contenu et l'avons appliqué à un échantillon intentionnel, et le nombre de son vocabulaire atteint publications. L'étude a atteint un certain nombre de résultats. - L'étude a conclu que les domaines du travail bénévole étaient employés de manière équilibrée entre le domaine social, le domaine économique et le domaine religieux avec le travail du domaine de la santé. - La page Facebook utilise la persuasion persuasive, car elle emploie étroitement des sollicitations émotionnelles, mentales et intimidantes, ce qui a renforcé le rôle persuasif du message de l'association. - L'association s'appuie sur l'affichage de ses publications sur le multimédia, où la langue arabe domine la plupart des publications et utilise des images + texte de haute qualité, car elle est dominée par l'utilisation de vidéos longues et moyennes.
