دور الذكاء الإصطناعي في تطوير خدمات المؤسسات الرياضية

Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية : تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير خدمات المؤسسات الرياضية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى ديوان المركب متعدد الرياضات بولاية سوق أهراس (الجزائر). وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية مساهمة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة الخدمات الإدارية والفنية داخل المؤسسات الرياضية، وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات، ودعم اتخاذ القرارات، وتطوير استراتيجيات التدريب والإدارة. تتكون المذكرة من جانبين رئيسيين : جانب نظري يُعرّف بالمفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بالمؤسسات الرياضية والذكاء الاصطناعي، ويستعرض أبرز تطبيقاته في المجال الرياضي، وجانب تطبيقي يتضمن عرضًا لنتائج الدراسة الميدانية وتحليلاً معمّقًا له. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح ضرورة ملحة لتطوير المؤسسات الرياضية، كونه يسهم في رفع كفاءتها التشغيلية، ويساعد على تقديم خدمات مبتكرة وفعالة تستجيب لتطلعات الرياضيين والإداريين على حد سواء. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتكوين الموارد البشرية المؤهلة، من أجل مواكبة التحولات التكنولوجية المتسارعة وتعزيز تنافسية المؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية.

résumé : Ce mémoire porte sur le rôle de l’intelligence artificielle dans l’amélioration des services des institutions sportives, à travers une étude de terrain réalisée au niveau de l’Office du complexe omnisports de la wilaya de Souk Ahras (Algérie). L’objectif de l’étude est de mettre en évidence comment les technologies de l’IA peuvent contribuer à améliorer la qualité des services administratifs et techniques au sein des institutions sportives, notamment par l’analyse des données, l’aide à la prise de décision et le développement de stratégies de gestion et d’entraînement. Le mémoire se compose de deux parties principales : • Une partie théorique qui présente les concepts clés liés aux institutions sportives et à l’intelligence artificielle, ainsi que les principales applications de l’IA dans le domaine sportif. • Une partie pratique qui expose les résultats de l’étude de terrain et les analyse en profondeur. L’étude a conclu que l’intelligence artificielle est devenue une nécessité pour le développement des institutions sportives, car elle améliore leur efficacité opérationnelle et permet de proposer des services innovants et performants, répondant aux attentes des athlètes et des gestionnaires. Elle recommande également d’investir dans l’intelligence artificielle et de former les ressources humaines afin de suivre le rythme des transformations technologiques rapides et renforcer la compétitivité des institutions sportives en Algérie.

abstract : This dissertation explores the role of artificial intelligence in improving the services of sports institutions, through a field study conducted at the Office of the Multi-Sports Complex in Souk Ahras Province (Algeria). The aim of the study is to highlight how AI technologies can contribute to enhancing the quality of administrative and technical services within sports institutions, through data analysis, decision-making support, and the development of training and management strategies. The dissertation is divided into two main parts: • A theoretical section that defines key concepts related to sports institutions and artificial intelligence, and reviews its main applications in the sports field. • A practical section presenting and analyzing the results of the field study. The study concluded that artificial intelligence has become a necessity for the development of sports institutions, as it improves operational efficiency and helps deliver innovative and effective services that meet the expectations of both athletes and administrators. It also recommended investing in AI technologies and training qualified human resources to keep pace with rapid technological changes and to strengthen the competitiveness of Algerian sports institutions.
