Abstract

Abstract: The subject of our study focuses on sectarian tolerance in Algeria during the Ottoman era in light of sectarian dualism. This study is linked to the religious aspect. The development of the jurisprudential movement in Algeria witnessed the existence of the Maliki school of thought and the Hanafi school of thought, as this led to the emergence of a relationship between the jurists of the two doctrines, which was manifested in what is known as the sectarian tolerance that emerged with the entry of the Ottomans into Algeria, and one of its manifestations is the coexistence in the judicial system, fatwas, education, etc. ----------------------------------------- ملخص: يدور موضوع دراستنا حول التسامح الطائفي في الجزائر. العصر العثماني في ضوء الثنائية الطائفية. هذه دراسة متعلقة بـ الجانب الديني. مسار الحركة الفقهية في الجزائر معلوم وجود المذهب المالكي والمذهب الحنفي. لأن ذلك أدى إلى ظهور علاقة بين فقهاء المذهبين وتجلى ذلك فيما يعرف بالتسامح المذهبي الذي ظهر مع دخول العثمانيين إلى الجزائر، ومن مظاهره التعايش في القضاء والفتاوى والتعليم.... -------------------------------------------------- Résumé: Le sujet de notre étude s'articule autour de la tolérance sectaire en Algérie à l'époque ottomane à la lumière du dualisme sectaire.Il s'agit d'une étude liée à l'aspect religieux.Le cheminement du mouvement jurisprudentiel en Algérie a connu l'existence de l'école maliki et de la doctrine hanafite. , car cela a conduit à l'émergence d'une relation entre les juristes des deux doctrines et cela s'est manifesté dans ce que l'on sait Avec la tolérance sectaire qui est apparue avec l'entrée des Ottomans en Algérie, et l'une de ses manifestations est la coexistence dans le système judiciaire , fatwas, éducation....
