Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير برنامج رياضي مكيف في التخفيف من السلوك العدواني وفرط الحركة لدى أطفال طيف التوحد، و قد تم اختيار عينة مشكلة من 10 أطفال ذوي طيف التوحد الخفيف بالمركز النفسو بيداغوجي بدائرة مداوروش ولاية سوق أهراس معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج التجريبي والاستعانة بمقياس السلوك العدواني وكذا مقياس فرط الحركة، ومن خلال فرضيات الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن هناك فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي على عينة الدراسة من ناحية خفض درجة السلوك العدواني وكذا التقليل من فرط الحركة لدى هؤلاء الأطفال التوحديون ما أوصلنا في الأخير أن نستنتج أنه بالفعل للبرنامج الرياضي المكيف تأثير بالغ الأهمية على أطفال ذوي طيف التوحد من ناحية تعديل العديد من السلوكيات النمطية السلبية ونقصد هنا (السلوك العدواني و فرط الحركة محل الدراسة)، ما أدى بنا في الأخير إلى إقتراح هكذا برامج مكيفة وتعميمها في عديد المراكز النفس حركية و النفس بيداغوجية ولما لا إدراج مثل هكذا تخصصات على مستوى كل الجامعات وتكوين نخبة من المؤطرين في هذا المجال لأن الغايات السامية من كل هذا هي محاولة منا لإدماج أطفال التوحد في المجتمع و التأقلم مع البيئة المحيطة بهم لأن الطفل و مهما إختلفت حالاته الصحية أو النفسية يبقى بحاجة دائمة للعب ولابد أن يكون هذا اللعب خاصة مع هذه الفئة لعب مقنن ومدروس وفق ما يسمى بالبرامج الرياضية المكيفة الموجهة لهم خصيصا. abstract : The studyaimed to investigate the impact of an adaptedphysicalactivity program on reducingaggressivebehavior and hyperactivity in childrenwithAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A sample of 10 childrenwithmild ASD wasselectedfrom the Psycho-Pedagogical Center in Madaourouch district, Souk Ahras province. The studyemployed the experimentalmethod and utilizedboth the AggressiveBehaviorScale and the HyperactivityScale. Based on the study’shypotheses, statisticallysignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetween the pre-test and post-test measurementswithin the sample, indicting a reduction in aggressivebehavior and hyperactivityamongthesechildren. Theseresultsled to the conclusion that the adapted sports program effect on modifyingseveralnegativestereotypicalbehaviors-specifically, aggressivebehavior and hyperactivity. Consequently, the studyrecommends the implementation and generalization of suchadapted programs acrossvariouspsychomotor and psycho-pedagogicalcenters It alsoadvocates for the inclusion of thesespecialties in university curricula to train a cadre of professionals in thisfield. The ultimate goal is to help integratechildrenwithautisminto society and enablethem to adapt to theirenvironment. Regardless of theirphysical or psychological conditions, all children have afundamentalneed to play-especiallythis group, for whomplay must bestructured and carefullydesignedthroughtailoredphysicalactivity programs.

résumé : Cette étude a eu pour objectifd’examinerl’effet d’un programmesportif adaptésur la réduction des comportementsagressifs et de l’hyperactivité chez lesenfantsatteints de troubles du spectre de l’autisme (TSA). Unéchantillon de 10 enfantsprésentant un autismeléger a étésélectionné au niveau du centre psycho-pédagogique de la daïra de M’daourouch, wilaya de Souk Ahras. La méthodologieadoptée repose sur le modèleexpérimental, avec l’utilisationd’échellesspécifiques pour évaluer les comportementsagressifs et l’hyperactivité.Les résultatsobtenus à partir des hypothèses de rechercheontrévélé des différencesstatistiquementsignificatives entre les mesurespré-test et post-test surl’échantillonétudié, indiquantune diminution notable du comportementagressifainsiqu’uneréduction de l’hyperactivité chez cesenfantsautistes. Cesconstats nous ontpermis de conclureque le programmesportifadapté a un impact significatifsurl’atténuation de plusieurscomportementsstéréotypésnégatifs, en particulier les comportementsagressifs et l’hyperactivité, objets de cetteétude.Par conséquent, nous recommandons la mise en place et la généralisation de telsprogrammesadaptésdans les différentscentrespsychomoteurs et psycho-pédagogiques. Nous suggéronségalementd’intégrerce type de spécialisationdans les cursusuniversitaires, afin de former une élite de professionnelsqualifiésdanscedomaine. L’objectifultime de cesdémarchesest de favoriserl’inclusionsociale des enfantsautistes et de faciliterleur adaptation à l’environnement qui les entoure. En effet, quelquesoit son état de santé physique oupsychologique, l’enfant a constammentbesoin de jouer. Pour cettecatégoried’enfants, cejeudoitêtreencadré, structuré et fondésur des programmessportifsadaptésconçusspécifiquement à leur intention.
