Abstract

Summary: This study aims to study the role of internal communication in improving the job performance of state security workers in the state of Souk Ahras. The theoretical study was based on a case study of the State Security Directorate in Souk Ahras. To achieve this goal, information collected through the questionnaire was relied upon as a primary tool, distributed to A number of employees in the state security in the state of Souk Ahras and studying their opinions on the impact of the application of internal communication on the job performance of employees. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is that there is an effect of internal communication in improving the job performance of employees, and we found that there is a significant effect at the alpha significance level of 0.05 for the reflection of the dimensions of internal communication on the job performance of employees for a sample of employees within state security in the state of Souk Ahras. ----------------------------------------------------- الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى دراسة دور الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين الاداء الموظفين بالامن الولائي بولاية سوق اهراس، وتم اسقاط الدراسة النظرية على دراسة حالة مديرية الامن الولائي بسوق اهراس، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد على المعلومات التي تم جمعها عن طريق الاستبيان كأداة أولية، توزع على عدد من موظفي في الامن الولائي بولاية سوق اهراس ودراسة ارائهم حول انعكاس تطبيق الاتصال الداخلي على الاداء الموظفين. خلصت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها ان هناك تاثير للاتصال الداخلي في تحسين الأداء الموظفين، وتوصلنا الى وجود تأثير معنوي عند مستوى دلالة الفا 0.05 لانعكاس ابعاد الاتصال الداخلي على الأداء الموظفين لعينة من موظفين داخل الامن الولائي بولاية سوق اهراس. -------------------------------------------------------------- Résumé: Cette étude vise à étudier le rôle de la communication interne dans l'amélioration des performances professionnelles des agents de la sécurité de l'État dans l'État de Souk Ahras. L'étude théorique s'est appuyée sur une étude de cas de la Direction de la Sûreté de l'Etat à Souk Ahras. Pour atteindre cet objectif, les informations recueillies à travers le questionnaire ont été utilisées comme outil principal, distribuées à un certain nombre d'employés de la sécurité de l'État dans l'État de Souk Ahras et étudiant leurs opinions sur l'impact de l'application de la communication interne sur le travail. performances des salariés.
