أسرة أحرار الحنانشة خلال العهد العثماني في الكتابات الفرنسية

Abstract

Summary : French writings portrayed the ahrar al –hanansha family in the eastern Algerian region as a powerful local tribe actively involved in the area.they were depicted as excersising a form of autonomy from Ottman authority and occupying a strategic position near the Tunisian border .which granted them a significant role in regional political dynamics .these writings showed the Tunisians and Algerians according to their own interests . However, these same accounts often described the tribe in negative terms ,accusing them of rebellion ,taxevasion ,disobedience, and inciting uprisings such descriptions reflect the colonial bias that aimed to justify the French colonial mission .Therfore ,it is essential to approach these sources with cautoion and critical analysis. ------------------------------- الملخص: لقد صورت الكتابات الفرنسية أسرة أحرار الحنانشة في بايلك الشرق الجزائري كقبيلة قوية محلية فاعلة في الشرق الجزائري تمارس نوعا من الاستقلال الذاتي عن السلطة العثمانية وأنها ذات موقع إستراتيجي مع الحدود التونسية ما منحها مكانة حيث لعبت المصهرات السياسية دورا في كسب ولاءها للتونسيين تارة وللجزائر تارة أخرى وذلك خدمة لمصالحها لكن كثيرا من الأحيان صورت هذه الكتابات التمرد والعصيان وعدم دفع الضريبة والثورات وهي أوصاف تعكس النزعة الإستعمارية التي سعت إلى تبرير الهيمنة الفرنسية فيما بعد فيجب التعامل مع هذه الكتابات بحذر ونقد وموضوعية. ------------------------------------ Résumé : Les écrits français décrivent la famille Ahrar al-Hanansha, originaire de l'est de l'Algérie, comme une puissante tribu locale, activement impliquée dans la région. Ils jouissent d'une certaine autonomie vis-à-vis de l'autorité ottomane et occupent une position stratégique près de la frontière tunisienne, ce qui leur confère un rôle important dans la dynamique politique régionale. Ces écrits présentent les Tunisiens et les Algériens selon leurs propres intérêts. Cependant, ces mêmes récits décrivent souvent la tribu en termes négatifs, l'accusant de rébellion, d'évasion fiscale, de désobéissance et d'incitation aux soulèvements. Ces descriptions reflètent le parti pris colonial visant à justifier la mission coloniale française. Il est donc essentiel d'aborder ces sources avec prudence et esprit critique.
