Abstract

Study Summary: ICT (information technology) is an important feature in businesses that cannot do without it, whether private or general, because the integration of ICT is becoming a necessity for the development of these businesses. Through this study entitled: "The Effect of Information Technology on Skills Development," we aimed to demonstrate this effect on the skills of employees of the Wilayat Department of the Post Office and on information and communication technology skills as a selected example. Thus, the aim of this elaborate work is to understand the nature of information technology available at the company level, as well as to discover its contribution to skills development, and to identify the obstacles. We used the descriptive method to conduct this modest research while relying on the following research tools: questionnaire, observation, and interview. The results we found show that ICT (information technology) contributes significantly to the development of skills or multiple aspects of potential, such as speed, accuracy, and decision-makin ---------------------- ملخص الدراسة: تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) ميزة مهمة في الشركات التي لا تستطيع الاستغناء عنها، سواء كانت خاصة أو عامة، لأن يصبح فهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ضرورة مفروضة لتطوير هذه شركات. من خلال هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ: " تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير المهارات". أردنا أن نظهر بشكل خاص وهذا يؤثر على كفاءة موظفي المديرية الولائية للبريد و مهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات كمثال تم اختياره. لذا فإن هدف هذا العمل المتقن هو معرفة طبيعة التقنيات المعلومات المتوفرة أو مستوى الشركة لاكتشاف مساهمتها في تطوير المهارات، ثم تعرف على العقبات. لقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لإجراء هذا البحث المتواضع استناداً إلى أدوات البحث التالية: الاستبيان والملاحظة و المقابلة. النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هي أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (التقنيات) (المعلومات) تساهم بشكل كبير في تطوير المهارات أو العديد من جوانب الإمكانات مثل السرعة والدقة واتخاذ القرار. ---------------------------- Résumé D’étude : Les Tice (technologie D’informations) est un caractéristique important dans les entreprises qui ne peuvent pas s’en passer quelques soient privées ou générales, car l’intiliscition des tic devient une nécessité qui s’impose pour le développement de ces entreprises. A travers de Cette étude intitulée de : « l’effect des technologie D’informations dans le développement des Compétences ».nous avons voulu montrer notamment cet effect sur la compétence des employés de la Direction Wilayale de la post et les Compétences technologies D’informations et de Communication comme un exemple choisi. Ainsi le but de ce travail élaboré est de connaitre la nature de technologies D’informations disponibles ou niveau des entreprises de plus découvrir sa contribution dans le développements des Compétences, puis connaitre les obstacles . Nous avons usé la méthode descriptive pour réaliser cette recherche modeste tout en s’appuyant sur les outils des recherche suivants : le questionnaire , l’observation et l’interview. Les Conséquences que nous avons trouvées que les tice (technologies D’informations) contribuent largement dans le développement des compétences ou plusieurs cotés du potenciel tel que la rapidité, la précisions et la prise des décisions.
