Abstract

Study Summary: The current study addresses public communication mechanisms in the health sector at the specialized hospital for mothers and children, which has been transformed into a center for treating patients with the novel coronavirus in the state of Souk Ahras. This approach is linked to the applied objectives that this study sought to implement and embody, which aim to identify the following: *The methodological aspect: In which we addressed the problem, the reasons, importance, and objectives of the study. *The theoretical aspect: This included a set of elements related to the study from a theoretical perspective, based on defining concepts, previous studies, and the systematic approach, as well as identifying the primary objective of understanding the relationship between public communication, the health sector, and communication activities. Our study aims to achieve a set of objectives: - Identify the mechanisms of public communication in the health sector. - Identify the levels of public communication in the public health sector. - Identify the most important communication procedures in the health sector. *In this study, we relied on a stratified random sample. Our sample for this topic was nurses and doctors in the Ahras market. We relied on the descriptive analytical approach as a method for the study, and observation, interviews, and questionnaires as tools for monitoring the various study variables. ------------------------------------- ملخص الدراسة: تعالج الدراسة الحالية أليات اإلتصال العمومي في القطاع الصحي في مستشفى المتخصص لألم والطفل الذي تحول إلى مركز لمعالجة مرضى فيروس كورونا المستجد لوالية سوق أه ارس. إذ يرتبط هذا الطرح باألهداف التطبيقية التي سعت هذه الدراسة إلة تطبيقها وتجسيدها والتي تهدف إلى التعرف على مايلي: *الجانب المنهجي:والذي تناولنا فيه اإلشكالية ،وأسباب وأهمية وأهداف الدراسة. *الجانب النظري:والذي اشتمل على مجموعة من العناصر التي لها عالقة بالد ارسة من الناحية النظرية إنطالقا من تحديد المفاهيم والدراسات السابقة والمقاربة النسقية وأيضا معرفة الهدف األساسي لمعرفة العالقة بين اإلتصال العمومي والقطاع الصحي واألنشطة اإلتصالية حيث تهدف دراستنا إلى مجموعة من األهداف: -التعرف على أليات اإلتصال العمومي في القطاع الصحي. -التعرف على مستويات اإلتصال العمومي في القطاع الصحي العمومي . -التعرف على أهم اإلجراءات اإلتصالية في القطاع الصحي. *إعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على العينة العشوائية الطبقية وكانت عينتنا لهذا الموضوع هم الممرضين واألطباء بسوق أه ارس وأعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للد ارسة والمالحظة والمقابلة واإلستمارة كأدوات لرصد مختلف متغيرات الدراسة. --------------------------------- Résumé de l'étude : L’étude actuelle aborde les mécanismes de communication publique dans le secteur de la santé à l’Hôpital Spécialisé pour les Mères. L'enfant qui a été transformé en centre de traitement des patients atteints du nouveau virus Corona dans l'État de Souk Ahras. Cette proposition est liée aux objectifs appliqués que cette étude cherchait à mettre en œuvre et à incarner, à savoir : Il vise à identifier les éléments suivants : *L'aspect méthodologique : dans lequel nous avons discuté du problème, des raisons, de l'importance et des objectifs de l'étude. *L'aspect théorique : qui comprenait un ensemble d'éléments liés à l'étude du point de vue de : La théorie est basée sur la définition des concepts, des études antérieures, de l'approche systématique et également sur la connaissance de l'objectif de base. Pour connaître la relation entre la communication publique, le secteur de la santé et les activités de communication, notre étude vise à : Un ensemble d’objectifs : - Identifier les mécanismes de communication publique dans le secteur de la santé. - Identifier les niveaux de communication publique dans le secteur de la santé publique. - Identifier les procédures de communication les plus importantes dans le secteur de la santé. *Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un échantillon aléatoire stratifié, et notre échantillon pour ce sujet était : Infirmières et médecins du marché d'Ahras, et nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche analytique descriptive comme méthode d'étude et d'observation. L'entretien et le questionnaire sont des outils de suivi des différentes variables de l'étude
