ETUDE ET CONCEPTION D’UN BATIMENT MULTI-USAGE A CONTREVENTEMENT MIXTE (R+9), AVEC ETUDE COMPARATIVE PORTIQUE MIXTE VS EXOSQUELETTE

Abstract

The goal of thisstudyis the design of a structure for residential and commercial use of R + 09 floorswhichwillbelocated in the wilaya of BOUMERDAS, classified in zone IIbaccording to the Algerian earthquakeregulation (RPA 99 version 2003). The stability of the structure isensured by the beams, posts and walls. The study and analysis of this project were established by the software (SAP2000. Version.2020). The calculation of the dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements comply with the applicable rules, namely (BAEL91 modified 99, RPA99 version 2003). La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, les poteaux et les voiles. L'étude et l'analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel (SAP2000. Version.2020). Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir (BAEL91 modifié 99, RPA99 version 2003). La fondation du bâtiment est composée d'un radier général.
