Abstract

Abstract Through this memorandum, we have concluded to elucidate aspects of cultural communication between Algeria and Tunisia during the Ottoman era, focusing the study on the migration of scholars and students as a model. This embodied various factors that contributed to creating an environment of communication and introducing the most important scientific and cultural centers, which served as magnets for seeking enrichment and obtaining scholarly credentials from their prominent scholars. Additionally, the study confirmed that these migrations and scholarly journeys between the two countries deepened the fraternal ties between them ------------------------------------------------ الملخص خلصنا من خلال هذه المذكرة الى تبيان جوانب من مظاهر التواصل الثقافي بين الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثماني, بتركيز الدراسة حول موضوع هجرة العلماء والطلبة أنموذجا , حيث جسدت جملة عوامل ساهمت في خلق بيئة التواصل والتعريف بأهم الحواضر العلمية والثقافية التي شكلت عاملا للاستقطاب للاستزادة منها والحصول على الاجازات العلمية من كبار علمائها ولنقل ماعندهم من مكنون ثقافي الى ديار بعضهم , وخلصت الدراسة الى تأكيد أن تلك الهجرات والرحلات العلمية بين البلدين قام بها طلاب العلم في تعميق اواصر الروابط الاخوية بين البلدين -------------------------------------------- Résumé: À travers cette note, nous avons cherché à mettre en lumière certains aspects de la communication culturelle entre l'Algérie et la Tunisie pendant l'ère ottomane, en concentrant l'étude sur la migration des savants et des étudiants comme modèle. Divers facteurs ont contribué à créer un environnement de communication et à faire connaître les principaux centres scientifiques et culturels, qui sont devenus des pôles attractifs pour acquérir des connaissances et obtenir des certifications scientifiques de la part de savants renommés. Cet échange a facilité le transfert de richesse culturelle entre les deux régions. L'étude a conclu en affirmant que ces migrations et voyages scientifiques ont approfondi les liens de fraternité entre les deux pays.
