Neuroanatomie et histologie de l’encéphale de la souris de laboratoire

Abstract

Our work is a contribution to the study of the neuroanatomy of the brain of the laboratory mouse, we began by highlighting this animal species by presenting its interest in animal experimentation as well as the developers laboratories of the various strains of mice used in the various fields of scientific research including neurology, neurobiology, neuroscience and neuroanatomy which is the basis of these fields. Then in the second part we showed in a basic way the anatomical structure of the brain of the laboratory mouse while referring to illustrative images which highlight the anatomical, histological, and cytological characteristics of this structure.. عملنا هو مساهمة في دراسة التشريح العصبي لدماغ فأر المختبر ، بدأنا بإبراز أهمية هذا النوع من الحيوانات من خالل تقديم أهميته في التجارب على الحيوانات وكذلك مختبرات التطوير لمختلف سالالت الفئران المستخدمة في المجاالت المختلفة من البحث العلمي بما في ذلك علوم األعصاب وعلم التشريح العصبي الذي هو أساس هذه المجاالت. ثم في الجزء الثاني أظهرنا بطريقة أساسية التركيب التشريحي لدماغ فأر المختبر مع اإلشارة إلى الصور التوضيحية التي تسلط الضوء على الخصائص التشريحية والنسيجية والخلوية لهذه البنية. Notre travail est une contribution à l’étude de la neuroanatomie de l’encéphale de la souris de laboratoire, on a commencé par la mise en valeur de cette espèce animale en présentant son intérêt dans l’expérimentation animale ainsi que les laboratoires développeurs des différents souches de souris utilisées dans le différents domaines de recherches scientifiques dont la la neurologie, la neurobiologie, la neuroscience et la neuroanatomie qui est la base de ces domaines. Puis dans la deuxième partie on a montré d’une manière basique la structure anatomique de l’encéphale de la souris de laboratoire tout en se référant à des images illustratives qui mettent en évidence les caractéristiques anatomiques, histologiques, et cytologiques de cette structure.
