Abstract

Abstract: The communication system contributes to achieving optimal utilization of the energies and capabilities of human resources by providing a suitable work environment, supporting a spirit of cooperation among all stakeholders, and unifying their efforts to achieve the organization's goals. This allows for open communication channels in various directions, ensuring the adequate flow of information among employees.
