Investigation Phytochimique : composition d’huile essentielle de la plante médicinale Mentha – Piperita L

Abstract

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a very abundant plant in the Souk- Ahras region in eastern Algeria. It is considered one of the widely used medicinal plants in traditional medicine, cosmetics, and the food industry, due to its aromatic and therapeutic properties. In this study, we extracted the essential oil from peppermint leaves using steam distillation with a Clevenger apparatus. We also made soap by adding essential oils and menthol crystals. The extraction yield of the extraction was about 1% which is considered good according to standard practices. Phytochemical analysis of the extract revealed the presence of several groups of secondary metabolites, mainly tannins and alkaloids. The analysis also showed that the essential oil is rich in compounds such as menthol and menthone. These results confirm the therapeutic value of peppermint and open up opportunities for its use in pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields ---------------------------------------------------------------------- النعناع الفلفل ( Mentha-piperita)نبات وفير جدا في منطقة سوق أهراس شرق الجزائر, يعد من النباتات الطبية واسعة الاستخدام في الطب التقليدي, و مستحضرات التجميل, و الصناعات الغذائية, لما يتميز به من خصائص عطرية و علاجية في هذا العمل قمنا باستخلاص الزيت العطري من أوراق النعناع الفلفلي باستخدام تقنية التقطير بالبخار بواسطة جهاز (Clévenger) كما قمنا بتصنيع الصابون بإضافة الزيوت العطرية و كريستال المنثول. بلغ مردود الاستخلاص حوالي 1%ويعتبر هذا جيذ حسب المعايير المعمول بها. كشفت التحاليل الفيتو كيميائية للمستخلص عن وجود عدة مجموعات من المركبات الثانوية, أبرزها التاتينات و القلويدات. كما اظهرت التخاليل ان الزيت العطري غني بمركبات مثل المنثول و المنثون. تؤكد هذه النتائج القيمة العلاجية لنبتة النغتاغ الفلفلي وتفتح آفاقا لاستخدامها في المجالات الصيدلانية و التجميلية. --------------------------------------------------------------------- La menthe poivrée (Mentha-piperita) est une espèce très abondante dans la région de Souk-Ahras à l'est algérien, Elle est largement utilisée dans la médecine traditionnelle, les cosmétiques et l'industrie alimentaire, en raison de ses propriétés aromatiques et thérapeutiques. Dans ce travail, nous avons extrait l'huile essentielle des feuilles de menthe poivrée en utilisant la méthode de l’hydrodistillation à l'aide d'un appareil Clévenger. Nous avons également fabriqué des savons en ajoutant des huiles essentielles et des cristaux de menthol. Le rendement d'extraction d'environ 1% ce qui est considéré comme bon selon les normes en vigueur. Les analyses phytochimiques de l'extrait ont révélé la présence de plusieurs groupes de composés secondaires, notamment des tanins et des alcaloïdes. De plus, les analyses ont montré que l'huile essentielle est riche en composés tels que le menthol et la menthone. Ces résultats confirment la valeur thérapeutique de la menthe poivrée et ouvrent des perspectives pour son utilisation dans les domaines pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques
