Abstract

ملخص: إن هدف البحث هو دراسة علاقة الدافعية ''صورة الجسد كمدخل للدافعية المحددة ذاتيا لدى رياضيي كمال الأجسام'' والتحقق من تأثير متغيرات صورة الجسد حسب رأي الرياضي و حسب رأي الآخرين على الدافعية الداخلية و الخارجية و اللادافعيةحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة 93 وهم من مجموع رياضيي كمال الأجسام في قاعات الرياضة بولاية الطارف حيث تم استعمالمقياس الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا EMS28. وقد قمنا باختيار الاستبيان لكونه يسمح لنا بعملية جمع المعلومات وتحليلها بسهولة. يتضمن الاستبيان ثناىي ، مكون من 28 عبارة في مقياس الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا و 27 عبارة في مقياس صورة الجسد وقد صيغ على شكل مقياس ويقوم افراد العينة بالإجابة على صفته لدرجة انطباقها على صورة جسمه، ويتضمن الاستبيان مفتاح للتصحيح. و كتنت الفرضية العامة : توجد علاقة دالة بين الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا لدى الرياضي وتقدير صورة الجسد. فتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية : أنه مستوى تقدير صورة الجسد عند رياضي كمال الاجسام يؤثر إيجابيا على مستوى الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 أيضاً توجد هناك علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين متغيرات الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا و تشمل الدافعية (الداخلية ،الخارجية، اللادافعية) و صورة الجسم حسب رأي الرياضي أو رأي الآخرين عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01. و على ضوء هاته النتائج قدمنا في بحثنا مقترحات إضافة إلى حدود الدراسة ك تعزيز التوعية بأهمية الصحة النفسية وتعزيز الرضا الذاتي بغض النظر عن الشكل الجسدي، مما يمكن أن يساعد على تقليل الضغط النفسي المرتبط بصورة الجسد و في الأخير أفاق الدراسات المستقبلية في الموضوع. abstract : The body s picture and a limitation of defence and to the sportif body building The verification of the effects and changes of body s picture according to the point of view of the sportif and the point of view of the others According to the outside and the inside motivation and démotivation where the sample members reached 93 ,they are a group Of bodybuilding athletes in sport hall in the city of El taref.
