abstract Through the information we have collected about the hanasha Dynasty between the Bayat of Constantine and The Bayat of Tunis and our study of its role and historical importance in the bayalak of the Algerian East, we tried to summarize the most important points in the following: The Ottoman state tried to maintain the continuity of its rule by following several policies, the most prominent and most important of which was to maintain the prevailing internal situation and recognize the sovereignty of the major local families in the country and their participation in the government in exchange for maintaining security in the Balik and its subordination to the central authority by granting them a set of privileges that allowed them to participate in the political and administrative life of the Balik, and here the central authority succeeded in winning the loyalty of these families and made them a link between the central authority and society The Ahrar al-hanasha family received great attention from the Ottoman rulers because of the importance of its border location between the eyalet of Algeria and Tunisia, which enabled it to extend its influence over various tribes, which earned it a striking military force that made it the object of attention of the Bayat of Constantine and The Bayat of Tunisia, and they used several means to maintain and this indicates the importance that the hanasha family enjoyed among the Ottoman rulers, and these relations ranged from entente And hostility However, internal conflicts and external interventions succeeded in weakening the king of the Hanashi dynasty and led to its disintegration and disappearance. --------------------------------------------- الملخص : من خلال المعلومات التي جمعناها حول أسرة الحنانشة بين بايات قسنطينة وبايات تونس ودراستنا لدورها وأهميتها التاريخية في بايلك الشرق الجزائري، حاولنا تلخيص أهم النقاط في ما يلي: حاولت الدولة العثمانية المحافظة على إستمرارية حكمها من خلال إتباعها لعدة سياسات كان من أبرزها و أهمها الإبقاء على الوضع الداخلي السائد و الإعتراف بسيادة الأسر المحلية الكبرى بالبلاد ومشاركتها الحكم مقابل حفظ الأمن بالبايلك و خضوعها للسلطة المركزية بمنحها مجموعة من الإمتيازات سمحت لها بالمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والإدارية للبايلك وهنا نجحت السلطة المركزية في كسب ولاء هذه الأسر وجعلت منها همزة وصل بين السلطة المركزية و المجتمع وقد حضيت أسرة أحرار الحنانشة بإهتمام كبير من طرف الحكام العثمانيين بحكم أهمية موقعها الحدودي بين إيالتي الجزائر وتونس الذي مكنها من بسط نفوذها على مختلف القبائل الأمر الذي الذي أكسبها قوة عسكرية ضاربة جعلتها محل إهتمام بايات قسنطينة وبايات تونس وإستعمل هؤلاء عدة وسائل للمحافظة على وعلاقة الوفاق معها فتضاربة مواقفهم وذلك بحكم ولاء الشيوخ للبايات الذين عملوا على إحتواء خطر القبيلة إما بتحسين العلاقات معها عن طريق منح إمتيازات أو الهدايا أو إتباع سياسة المصاهرات لكسب ولاءها و تحالفها وهذا ما يدل على الأهمية التي حضيت بها أسرة الحنانشة لدى الحكام العثمانيين وتراوحت هذه العلاقات بين الوفاق والعداء إلا أن الصراعات الداخلية و التدخلات الخارجية نجحت في إضعاف ملك سلطان أسرة الحنانشة وأدت الى تفككها وتلاشيها . ---------------------------------------- rusémé À travers les informations que nous avons recueillies sur la dynastie hanasha entre le Bayat de Constantin et le Bayat de Tunis et notre étude de son rôle et de sa signification historique dans le bayalak de l'Est algérien, nous avons essayé de résumer les points les plus importants dans ce qui suit: L'État ottoman a tenté de maintenir la continuité de son règne en suivant plusieurs politiques, dont la plus importante et la plus importante était de maintenir la situation interne qui prévalait et de reconnaître la souveraineté des grandes familles locales du pays et leur participation au gouvernement en échange du maintien de la sécurité dans le bailliage et sa subordination à l'autorité centrale en leur accordant un ensemble de privilèges leur permettant de participer à la vie politique et administrative du bailliage, et ici l'autorité centrale a réussi à gagner la loyauté de ces familles et en a fait un lien entre l'autorité centrale et la société. La famille d'Ahrar al-hanasha a reçu une grande attention de la part des dirigeants ottomans en raison de l'importance de sa situation frontalière entre l'eyalet d'Algérie et la Tunisie, ce qui lui a permis d'étendre son influence sur diverses tribus, ce qui lui a valu une force militaire marquante qui en a fait l'objet de l'attention des Bayat de Constantin et des Bayat de Tunisie, et ils ont utilisé plusieurs moyens pour maintenir leur influence sur les tribus. Leurs positions sont dues à la loyauté des anciens envers les Bayat, qui ont travaillé pour contenir le danger de la tribu en améliorant soit Relations avec elle en lui accordant des privilèges, des cadeaux ou en suivant une politique d'amitiés pour gagner sa loyauté et son Alliance, ce qui indique l'importance dont jouissait la famille hanasha parmi les dirigeants ottomans, et ces relations allaient de l'entente à l'hostilité Cependant, des conflits internes et des interventions extérieures ont réussi à affaiblir le roi de la dynastie Hanashi et ont conduit à sa désintégration et à sa disparition .
