معوقات تجسيد السياحة الرياضية في ظل الاقتصاد الراهن بالجزائر

Abstract

خلاصة: في موضوع هذا البحث الذي يندرج تحت عنوان معوقات تجسيد السياحة الرياضية في ظل الاقتصاد الراهن بالجزائر، حيث يهدف إلى دراسة وتحديد أهم المعوقات الفنية، المادية والإعلامية وأبرز الآليات التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على هذه المعوقات. انطلقا من هذا تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين التابعين لمديرية الشباب والرياضة وديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات ومديرية السياحة بولاية سوق أهراس، خلال الموسم الدراسي 2023/2024. بناءا على هذه البيانات تكونت عينة الدراسة من 45 فردا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة، ومن أبرز النتائج المتحصل عليها أنه توجد معوقات فنية، مادية وإعلامية بدرجة مرتفعة تواجه تجسيد السياحة الرياضية في ظل الاقتصاد الراهن بالجزائر، ودراسة أبرز الآليات التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على هذه المعوقات، وكانت هناك بعض التوصيات من الطالب للتغلب على هذه المعوقات كالعمل على نشر ثقافة السياحة الرياضية وسط الشباب وممارسة الرياضة في الطبيعة، بذل المزيد من المجهودات في ترقية السياحة الرياضية في الجزائر عن طريق الترويج لها وتطوير مرافق السياحية الرياضية قصد توفير مختلف التسهيلات للشباب والرياضيين، توفير ميزانية مخصصة للنهوض بأنشطة السياحة الرياضية تتماشى مع النهضة العالمية.

abstract : In the subject of this research, which falls under the title Obstacles to the embodiment of sports tourism in light of the current economy in Algeria, it aims to study and identify the most important technical, material and media obstacles and the most prominent mechanisms through which these obstacles can be overcome. Based on this, the study population consisted of employees affiliated with the Directorate of Youth and Sports, the Office of the Multi-Sports Complex, and the Directorate of Tourism in the state of Souk Ahras, during the 2023/2024 academic season. Based on this data, the study sample consisted of 45 individuals who were selected in a simple random way, using the descriptive analytical approach and using the questionnaire as a tool. One of the most prominent results obtained is that there are technical, material and media obstacles to a high degree facing the embodiment of sports tourism in light of the current economy in Algeria, and the study The most prominent mechanisms through which these obstacles can be overcome, and there were some recommendations from the students to overcome these obstacles, such as working to spread the culture of sports tourism among young people and practicing sports in nature, making more efforts to promote sports tourism in Algeria by promoting it and developing facilities. Sports tourism in order to provide various facilities for young people and athletes, providing a budget allocated for the advancement of sports tourism activities in line with the global renaissance.

résumé : Dans le cadre de cette recherche, qui s'intitule Obstacles à l'incarnation du tourisme sportif à la lumière de l'économie actuelle en Algérie, elle vise à étudier et identifier les obstacles techniques, matériels et médiatiques les plus importants et les mécanismes les plus marquants par lesquels ces obstacles peuvent être surmontés. Sur cette base, la population étudiée était constituée des salariés affiliés à la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports, à l'Office du Complexe Multisports et à la Direction du Tourisme de l'Etat de Souk Ahras, lors de la saison académique 2023/2024. Sur la base de ces données, l'échantillon de l'étude était composé de 45 individus qui ont été sélectionnés de manière aléatoire simple, en utilisant l'approche analytique descriptive et en utilisant le questionnaire comme outil. L'un des résultats les plus marquants obtenus est qu'il existe des obstacles techniques, matériels et médiatiques à un degré élevé à l'incarnation du tourisme sportif à la lumière de l'économie actuelle en Algérie, et l'étude Les mécanismes les plus importants par lesquels ces obstacles peuvent être surmontés. , et les étudiants ont formulé quelques recommandations pour surmonter ces obstacles, comme œuvrer à la diffusion de la culture du tourisme sportif auprès des jeunes et pratiquer des sports de nature, faire davantage d'efforts pour promouvoir le tourisme sportif en Algérie en le promouvant et en développant les installations. Tourisme sportif afin de fournir diverses installations aux jeunes et aux athlètes, en prévoyant un budget alloué au développement des activités de tourisme sportif en phase avec la renaissance mondiale.
