A combined DFT and experimental study of proline/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex

The binding of the L-proline (Pro) amino acid with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was investigated theoretically by B3LYP/3-21G+ method and experimentally by UV–visible and FTIR techniques. Two modes of complexation were considered for studying such complex; in A complex the pyrrolidine ring of the guest was directed toward secondary hydroxyls of β-CD, while in B complex the pyrrolidine was directed toward primary one. Energetic analysis indicates that the formed complexes are stable and both host and guest were deformed after complexation. Electronic properties given by TD-DFT calculation and NBO analysis clearly demonstrate that a charge transfer was occurring between Pro and β-CD molecules.
A Study of Parasitic Copepod Infesting Two Freshwater Fish Populations (Cyprinus carpio and Abramis brama) from Beni-Haroun Dam (Mila) North-East of Algeria

Copepods are one of the main fish ectoparasites, commonly known among the parasitism world, due either to their special adaptive capacity or to induce stress in aquatic organisms, as well as the parasitism result is overall a physiological rate affecting the survival of host. This study was, therefore, aimed to investigate the ectoparasite copepods, infesting 277 fishes including 135 of Cyprinus carpio (Linnaeus, 1758) and 142 of Abramis brama (Linnaeus,1758), collected from BeniHaroun dam (Mila, northeast Algeria). A survey of Culicidae (Insecta Diptera) in some habitats in Souk-Ahras province (Northeast Algeria)

A survey of immature Culicidae was conducted in diverse habitats of Souk-Ahras province (Northeast Algeria) between December 2018 and November 2019. Altogether, 12,861 specimens were collected and identified. Nineteen species of mosquitoes, belonging to two main subfamilies viz. Culicinae (accounts for 84.21 %) and Anophelinae (as 15.79 %), under 5 genera (Culex, Culiseta, Anopheles, Aedes and Uranotaenia). Among identified species, six were mentioned for the first time in the province of Souk-Ahras. The predominant species of the total mosquito fauna was Cx. pipiens L. with an abundance rate of 69.63 %. Two habitats were characterized by the highest prevalence of 11 species, Taoura (with 1 spp. Anophelinae, 10 spp. Culicinae) and Sedrata (with 11 spp. of Culicinae). However, Souk-Ahras site contained the largest abundance (41.20 %) belonging to 6 species. In addition, the spatial distribution of mosquitoes according to climatic factors (temperature, rainfall, humidity) was discussed. Data supported by some ecological indices of composition and structure revealed that the diversity level in Souk-Ahras province was between medium and very low compared to a scale varied between 0 and 1 (global Simpson index 0.50). The most diversified site in species was Taoura with the highest Shannon index value (2.11). Since vectors occurrence is constantly changing, it will be suggested that mosquito control should be intensified within other potential breeding sites in northeastern Algeria
Activité Antibactérienne et Antifongique de Poly-Cellulose Dopé par les Nanoparticules Métalliques

Nanoparticles are, to this day, an integral part of our daily lives, since they are of great scientific and technological interest. Our study consists of determining the sensitivity of the microorganisms studied, a Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and a yeast Candida albicans to antibiotics, thus detecting the activity of the nanoparticles studied and determining the minimum inhibitory concentration of nanoparticles having antimicrobial activity. Six antibiotics were used to study the sensitivity of strains to antibiotics: Chloramphenicol (C 30) Gentamicin (GEN10), Vancomycin (VA30), Penicillin G (P10), Tetracycline (TE30), Ceftazidime (CAZ 30). For the study of antimicrobial activity, four different concentrations 0.01%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% of the seven nanoparticles studied CA/Zn, CA/Zn/Cu, CA/Zn/Cr, CA/Zn/ Co, CA/Zn/Fe, CA/Zn/Mn, CA/Zn/Ni, and CA/Zn were prepared and released on disks. The minimum inhibitory concentration was evaluated by the liquid dilution method. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تمثل الجسيمات النانوية، في يومنا هذا، جزءًا لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية، لأنها ذات أهمية علمية وتكنولوجية كبيرة. يكمن عملنا في تحديد: حساسية السلالات المدروسة، و بكتيريا موجبة الجرام العنقوديات الذهبيّة وخميرة المبيضات البيض للمضادات الحيوية،إضافة إلى دراسة النشاط المضاد للميكروبات للجسيمات النانوية و معرفة التركيز المثبط الأدنى للجسيمات النانويه ذات النشاط المضاد للميكروبات. ستة مضادات حيوية استخدمت لدراسة حساسية السلالات: الكلورامفينيكول (C30)، الجنتاميسين (GEN10)، الفانكومايسين (VA30)، البنسلين جي (P10)، التتراسيكلين (TE30)، السيفتازيديم (CAZ 30). لدراسة نشاط مضادات الميكروبات أربعة تراكيزات مختلفة 0.01%، 0.5%، 1%، 1.5% من الجسيمات النانوية السبعة التي درست CA/Zn، CA/Zn/Cu، CA/Zn/Cr، CA/Zn/ Co، CA/ تم إعداد Zn/Fe وCA/Zn/Mn وCA/Zn/Ni وCA/Zn تم اعدادها وبثها في أقراص. تم تقييم التركيز المثبط الأدنى بواسطة طريقة الاماهة في وسط سائل. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Les nanoparticules font, à ce jour, une partie intégrante de notre quotidien, puisque elles présentent un grand intérêt scientifique et technologique. Notre étude consiste à déterminer la sensibilité des microorganismes étudiés, une bactérie Gram positive Staphylococcus aureus et une levure Candida albicans aux antibiotiques, ainsi de déceler l’activité des nanoparticules étudiées et déterminer la concentration minimale inhibitrice des nanoparticules ayant une activité antimicrobienne. Six antibiotiques ont été utilisés pour l’étude de la sensibilité des souches aux antibiotiques : Chloramphénicol (C 30 ) Gentamicine (GEN10 ), Vancomycine (VA30 ), Pénicilline G ( P10 ), Tétracycline ( TE30), Ceftazidime ( CAZ 30). Pour l’étude de l’activité antimicrobienne, quatre différentes concentrations 0,01 %, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% des sept nanoparticules étudiées CA/Zn, CA/Zn/Cu, CA/Zn/Cr, CA/Zn/Co, CA/Zn/Fe, CA/Zn/Mn, CA/Zn/Ni, et CA/Zn ont été préparées et diffusées sur disques. La concentration minimale inhibitrice a été évaluée par la méthode de dilution en milieu liquide.
Activité antimicrobienne de Streptomyces sp. S20 isolée à partir des rives du barrage Ain Dalia, Souk - Ahras

Streptomyces sp. S20, new species, capable of inhibiting the growth of four microorganisms Pathogens: Citrobacter freundii 1108, Escherichia coli 1094, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 525 and Candida albicans. Extraction and partial purification of components through chromatography techniques on thin layer showed that the crude butanolic extract of Streptomyces sp. S20 against Citrobacter freundii 1108, indicates that it contains two active compounds 20A and 20B. This suggests that we are in the presence of either a single antibiotic or a complex of antibiotics with different chemical structures. And for the Ethyl acetate extract, it contains three active compounds 20C, 20E and 20F. Even for n-hexane contains three active compounds 20G, 20H and 20I. However, the acetic acid extract contains two active compounds 20J and 20K. whichever we are in the presence of either a single antifungal, or a complex of antifungals. The analysis of the crude extract 20F by UV-visible spectrophotometry showed that it contains substances of a polyene nature, which are characterized by the presence of a peak characteristic of pentaenes. Purification by HPLC showed that this fraction presents a well-developed peak (very fine) with a retention time: 20-F1 (Tr =1.642 min). The study of the antibacterial activity of this fraction showed that it is active against Citrobacter freundii. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Streptomyces sp. S20، نوع جديد، قادر على منع نمو أربعة كائنات حية دقيقة مسببات للأمراض: Citrobacter freundii 1108، Escherichia coli 1094، Pseudomonas aeruginosa 525 و Candida albicans. أظهر الاستخراج والتنقية الجزئية للمكونات من خلال تقنيات التحليل الكروماتوغرافي على طبقة رقيقة أظهرت أن المستخلص البيوتانولي الخام لبكتيريا Streptomyces sp. S20, nouvelle espèce, capable d’inhiber la croissance de quatre micro- organismes Pathogènes : Citrobacter freundii 1108, Escherichia coli 1094, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 525 et Candida albicans. L’extraction et purification partielle des composants à travers des techniques de chromatographie sur couche mince a montré que l’extrait brute butanolique de Streptomyces sp. S20 contre Citrobacter freundii 1108, indique qu’il contient deux composés actifs 20A et 20B. Ce qui suggère que l’on est en présence soit d’un seul antibiotique, soit d’un complexe d’antibiotiques à structure chimique différente. Et pour l’extrait Ethyle acétate, il contient trois composés actifs 20C, 20E et 20F. Même pour l’ n- hexane contient trois composés actifs 20G, 20H et 20I. Cependant l’extrait acide acétique contient deux composés actifs 20J, et 20K. ce qui que l’on est en présence soit d’un seul antifongique, soit d’un complexe d’antifongiques. L’analyse de l’extrait brut 20F par spectrophotométrie UV- visible a montré qu’il contient de substances de nature polyénique, les quelles sont caractérisées par la présence d’un pic caractéristique des pentaènes. La purification par CLHP a montré que cette fraction présente un pic bien développé (très fin) avec un temps de rétention : 20-F1(Tr =1.642 min). L’étude de l’activité antibactérienne de cette fraction a montré qu’elle est active sur Citrobacter freundii.

The constant evolution of microbial resistance to antibiotics and the emergence of new infectious diseases justify the urgent need for new antimicrobial molecules. These require the standardization of methods for determining susceptibility patterns of germs to antibiotics. Streptomyces ayarius S91 is a gram-positive bacteria with a filamentous appearance, growing on a solid medium with medium-sized, rounded, fluffy colonies with a fragmented, white to gray, aerial mycelium, and brown substrate mycelium. It is an aerobic, mesophilic bacteria that uses glucose, lactose, sucrose, hydrolyzes starch, does not use casein or gelatin, does not reduce nitrate, and does not produce H2S and gelatin, and does not degrade Tween 80. Having maximum growth at pH 5 and average growth at pH 7, 9 and 11. The species is a large inhibitor against Candida albicans, however, it is a moderate inhibitor of Klebsiella pneumonia and Escherichia coli. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- التطور المستمر للمقاومة الميكروبية للمضادات الحيوية وظهور أمراض معدية جديدة يبرر الحاجة الملحة لجزيئات مضادة للميكروبات جديدة. هذه تتطلب إتقان وتوحيد أساليب وتقنيات لتحديد أنماط حساسية الجراثيم للمضادات الحيوية. Streptomyces ayarius S91 هي بكتيريا موجبة الجرام ذات مظهر خيطي ، تنمو على وسط صلب في مستعمرات مستديرة متوسطة الحجم، زغبية ذات تجزأ ، أبيض إلى رمادي و ذات ركيزة بنية. وهي عبارة عن بكتيريا مسامية هوائية ، تستخدم الغلوكوز ، اللاكتوز ، السكروز ، تحلل النشا ، لا تستخدم الكازين أو الجيلاتين، لا ترجع النترات ، ولا تنتج H2S ولا تستعمل توين 80. حيث أن أقصى نمو عند pH 5 ومتوسط النمو عند pH 7 و 9 و 11. هذا النوع هو مثبط كبير ضد Candida albicans، ومع ذلك ، فهو مثبط معتدل لــ Klebsiella pneumoniae و Escherichia coli. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L’évolution constante de la résistance microbienne aux antibiotiques et l’émergence de nouvelles maladies infectieuses justifient l’urgence de disposer de nouvelles molécules antimicrobiennes. Ceux-ci nécessite la maitrise et la standardisation des méthodes et techniques de détermination des profils de sensibilité des germes aux antibiotiques. Streptomyces ayarius S91 est une bactérie à coloration Gram positive, possédant un aspect filamenteux, se développent sur milieu solide en colonies rondes de tailles moyennes, bombées et cotonneuses, à aspect duveteux avec un mycélium aérien fragmenté, de couleur blanche à gris et un mycélium de substrat brun. C’est une bactérie aérobie, mésophile, qui utilise le glucose, lactose, saccharose, hydrolyse l’amidon, n’utilise pas ni la caséine, ni la gélatine, ne réduit pas le nitrate, et ne produit pas le H2S et la gélatine, et ne dégrade le Tween 80. Ayant une maximum croissance à pH 5 et une croissance moyenne à pH 7, 9 et 11. L’espèce est un grand inhibiteur contre Candida albicans, cependant elle représente une inhibition modérée vis-à-vis Klebsiella pneumonie et Escherichia coli.
Activité biologique de l'huile de graines de figuier de barbarie (Opuntia ficus-indica)

In the context of the determination of new natural bioactive substances provided with therapeutic properties, we are interested in this work to the phytochemical,antioxidant microbiological study of the extract of Opuntia ficus indica. The first part of this study concerns the identification of active ingredients containing in the plant followed by quantification tests of total phenols, flavonoids and condensed tannins. The antioxidant effect was evaluated by the DPPH test. Subsequently the antibacterial and antifungal activities were tested on pathogenic microbial germs by the diffusion method on disc. The results of the phytochemical analysis reveal interesting contents in phenolic compounds, flavonoids and condensed tannins. The plant also has a very high antioxidant activity. The study of the biological activity of the extract shows a very important antimicrobial effect against the pathogenic fungal strain "Candida albicans", and a remarkable inhibitory effect against the pathogenic bacteria strain "Pseudomonas aeruginosa". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ في اطار تحديد مواد طبيعية جديدة نشطة، ذات خصائص بيولوجية تطرقنا في هذا العمل الى دراسة الخصائص الفيتوكيميائية المضادة للاكسدة والميكروبيولوجيا لمستخلص بذور .Opuntia ficus indica خصص الجزء الاول من هذا العمل لتحديد المكونات الفعالة الموجودة في هذا النبات مع قياس نسب البعض منها كما تم تقييم خاصيته المضادة للاكسدة عن طريق اختبارDPPH . بعدها تم اختبار الانشطة المضادة للبكتيريا والفطريات على نوعين من الجراثيم الممرضة من خلال تقنية الانتشار عن طريق القرص. كشفت نتائج التحليل الكيميائي عن كميات معتبرة من الفينولات والفيلافونويدات والتانينات كما اظهرت خاصية مضادة للاكسدة جد عالية وبينت دراسة النشاط البيولوجي ان المستخلص الخام له تاثير مضاد جدا على Candida albicans كما له تاثير مثبط ملحوظ على Pseudomonas aeruginosa. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dans le cadre de la détermination de nouvelles substances bioactives naturelles pourvues de propriétés thérapeutiques, nous nous sommes intéressés dans ce travail à l’étude phytochimique, antioxydante et microbiologique de l’extrait des graines d’Opuntia ficus indica. La première partie de cette étude a été consacrée àl’identification des principes actifs contenus dans la plante suivie par des tests de quantification des phénols totaux, des flavonoïdes et des tanins condensés. Le pouvoir antioxydant a été évalué par le test DPPH. Par la suite les activités antibactériennes et antifongiques ont été testées sur des germes microbiens pathogènes par la méthode de diffusion sur disque. Les résultats de l’analyse phytochimique révèlent des teneurs intéressantes en composés phénoliques, en flavonoïdes et en tanins condensés. La plante présente aussi un pouvoir antioxydant très élevé. L’étude de l’activité biologique de l’extrait montre un effet antimicrobien très important contre Candida albicans, et un effet inhibiteur remarquable contre Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
ACTIVITES ANTIBACTERIENNE ET ANTIOXYDANTE DES HUILES ESSENTIELLES DE QUELQUES PLANTES AROMATIQUES MEDECINALES

The essential oils (EOs) of aromatic medicinal plants are an important source of antimicrobial and antioxidants compounds. The present work concerns the study of the antibacterial and antioxidant biological activities of (EOs) of two aromatic plants "Laurus nobilis and Rosmarinus officinalis". These two aromatic plants are widely distributed in Algeria and they are commonly used in traditional medicine for the treatment of many diseases. We carried out a comparative study of the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of the EOS of these two plants studied on the basis of the results of published research works. The antibacterial activity of EOs was achieved by the disk method. The antibacterial power was tested against 20 bacterial strains (6 Gram positive bacteria and 14 Gram negative bacteria).The antioxidant activity was evaluated by two different assay "FRAP (Ferric ion Reducing Antioxidant Parameter) and DPPH" (diphényl-picrylhydrazyle). According to the results of the research work studied, the antibacterial activity showed that all bacteria were sensitive to the EOs studied except P. aeruginosa strain. Otherwise, the EO of L. nobilis presented a strong activity on the majority of the strains tested; the highest sensitivity was noted in the strain of Enterobacter spp. The EO of R. officinalis has also showed an inhibitory effect but to a lesser degree than L. nobilis, whose highest activity was obtained against the strain of Shigella spp. However, the EO of L. nobilis showed a considerably higher antioxidant capacity than that expressed by the EO of R. officinalus and this for the two dosing methods applied. In conclusion, these results open perspectives opens up the prospects for valorization of EOs studied in the pharmaceutical field, in particular as antibacterial and antioxidant agents. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تعتبر الزيوت الأساسية (sHE) للنباتات الطبية العطرية مصدرًا مهمًا للمركبات المضادة للميكروبات و مضادات الأكسدة. يتعلق العمل الحالي بدراسة الأنشطة البيولوجية المضادة للبكتيريا ومضادات الأكسدة لنباتين عطريين "Laurusnobilisو Rosmarinus officinalis ". هذان النباتان العطريان منتشران على نطاق واسع في الجزائر ويستخدمان بشكل شائع في الطب التقليدي لعلاج العديد من الأمراض. لقد أجرينا دراسة مقارنة لخصائص الزيوت الأساسية المضادة للبكتيريا ومضادات الأكسدة لهذين النباتين تمت دراستها على أساس نتائج الأعمال البحثية المنشورة.تم تحقيق نشاط الزيوت الأساسية المضاد للبكتيريا بواسطة طريقة القرص.تم اختبار القوة المضادة للبكتيريا ضد 20 سلالة بكتيرية (6 بكتريا موجبة الجرام و 14 بكتيريا سالبة الجرام). تم تقييم النشاط المضاد للأكسدة باختبارين مختلفين "FRAP (بارامترات تقليل أيون الحديد) و DPPH (ثنائي فينيل-بيكريلهيدرازيل). وفقًا لنتائج الدراسات البحثية المدروسة ، أظهر النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا أن جميع البكتريا كانت حساسة للـزيوت الأساسية المدروسة باستثناء سلالة P. aeruginosa. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، الزيوت الأساسية لـ L. nobilis أظهر نشاطًا قويًا على غالبية السلالات المختبرة ، ولوحظت أعلى حساسية في سلالة Enterobactersp. كما أظهرت الزيوت الأساسية لـ R. officinalis تأثيرًا مثبطًا ولكن بدرجة أقل من L. nobilis ، الذي تم الحصول على أعلى نشاط له ضد سلالة Shigellasp. تم الكشف عن القوة المضادة للأكسدة لاثنين من الزيوت الأساسية للنباتات المدروسة. ومع ذلك ، أظهرت الزيوت الأساسية لـ L. nobilis قدرة مضادات أكسدة أعلى بكثير من تلك التي تم التعبير عنها بواسطة الزيوت الأساسية لـ R. officinalus وهذا بالنسبة لطريقتين الفحص المطبقتين. في الختام ، تفتح هذه النتائج آفاق تثمين الزيوت الأساسية المدروسة في المجال الصيدلاني ، ولا سيما العوامل المضادة للبكتيريا ومضادات الأكسدة. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Les huiles essentielles (HEs) des plantes médicinales aromatiques constituent une source importante de composés antimicrobiens et antioxydants. Le présent travail porte sur l’étude des activités biologiques antibactériennes et antioxydantes des (HES) de deux plantes aromatiques "Laurus nobilis et Rosmarinus officinalis". Ces deux plantes aromatiques sont largement répandues en Algérie et elles sont communément utilisées en médecine traditionnelle pour le traitement de nombreuses maladies. Nous avons effectué une étude comparative des propriétés antibactériennes et antioxydantes des HES de ces deux plantes étudiées sur la base des résultats des travaux de recherche publiés. L’activité antibactérienne des HES a été réalisée par la méthode des disques. Le pouvoir antibactérien a été testé contre 20 souches bactériennes (6 bactéries à Gram positif et 14 bactéries 0à Gram négatif). L'activité antioxydante a été évaluée par deux tests différents "FRAP (Ferric ion Reducing Antioxidant Parameter) et DPPH" (diphényl-picrylhydrazyle). Selon les résultats des travaux de recherche étudiés, l’activité antibactérienne a montré que toutes les bactéries étaient sensibles aux HEs étudiées à l’exception de la souche de P. aeruginosa. Par ailleurs, l'HE de L. nobilis a présenté une forte activité sur la majorité des souches testées, la sensibilité la plus élevée a été noté chez la souche d’Enterobacter spp. L'HE de R. officinalis a également montré un effet inhibiteur mais à un faible degré que L. nobilis, dont la plus forte activité a été obtenue vis-à-vis la souche de Shigella spp. Le pouvoir antioxydant a été détecté pour les deux HEs des plantes étudiées. Cependant, l'HE de L. nobilis a présenté une capacité antioxydante considérablement plus élevée que celle exprimée par l'HE de R. officinalus et cela pour les deux méthodes de dosage appliquées. En conclusion, ces résultats ouvrent les perspectives de valorisation des HEs étudiées dans le domaine pharmaceutiques, notamment comme des agents antibactériens et antioxydants.
ACUTE TOXICITY OF AN INSECTICIDE (ACETAMIPRID) ON LUMBRICUS TERRESTRIS (LINNAEUS, 1758

Earthworms are effective bio-indicators of biodiversity, soil quality and the environmental impact on cropping systems. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the toxicological effect of Acetamiprid, a widely used insecticide by farmers in the region of Souk-Ahras (Algeria), on a biological model named Lumbricus terrestris using seven increasing concentrations 0, 5, 7, 9, 12.5, 25 and 50 mg/500 mg soil for four control periods; 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours. The physicochemical soil analysis indicated that the soil pH was strongly alkaline, and the pH water and pH KCl were respectively 8.52 and 7.72. The soil texture was sandy loam with a high level of organic matter (OM = 12.9%). In addition, the LC50 and LC90 values were remarkably decreased (LC50 = 12.4, 10, 7.30 and 6.69/500 mg soil; LC90 = 18.52, 14.21, 9.50, 9.15 mg/500 mg soil, corresponding respectively for each LC values to the four exposure periods 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours). Furthermore, no significant change was noticed in body weight and growth of earthworms treated with Acetamiprid at various concentrations. The mortality rate was concentration-dependent; increased with increasing concentration, and this was supported by the histopathological observations showing cellular alterations in the epidermis and muscle fibers. Additionally, treatment with Acetamiprid at high concentrations caused marked morpho-logical abnormalities in the earthworms as evidenced by the winding of the body, loss of pigmentation, cut of the posterior part, lesions, or bloody wounds
Aeropalynological Analysis of Casuarina Genus (Casuarinaceae) in the Region of Sidi Amar (Annaba, North-East Algeria

L’allergie au pollen, ou pollinose, est une affection saisonnière liée à la présence de grains de pollen des espèces anémophiles en abondance dans l’air. Dans la région méditerranéenne, elle affecte plus de 10 %de la population Afin d’étudier la teneur pollinique du Genre Casuarina (Casuarina-ceae ) dans l’atmosphère et l’effet des paramètres météoro logiques sur la production pollinique de ce genre, une étude aéropalynol ogique quotidienne au cours d’une période de 7 mois (Août 2012 - février 2013) a été réalisée dans la région de Sidi Amar (Sud d’Annaba) en utilisant la méthode gravimétrique de Durham (1946). Nos résultats montrent que le pollen de Casuarina est présent dans l'air à partir du début septembre jusqu'à la 1ère semaine de février. Les premiers grains apparaissent le 07/09/2012. Un total de 1956 grains de pollen (GP) a été capturé durant la période d'étude. L’émission pollinique est élevée au cours de la première semaine du mois de novembre (337 GP), la 2ème semaine de septembre (202 GP) et la 2ème semaine de décembre (167 GP). Alors qu'elle est restée nulle durant deux semaines au mois d’octobre. A partir des résultats statistiques, nous avons constaté qu’il existe une faible corrélation positive entre la production pollinique et la température moyenne, négative avec les précipitations et fortement négative avec la vitesse du vent.

Analyse de la réponse spécifique au stress oxydant induit par L’effetcombiné de NaCl et le Zinc sur la fève (Vicia faba) et le pois chiche (Cicer arietinum)

Inorder to study the behavior of two species of leguminous (Cicerarietinum and Viciafaba), toward two abiotic stresses salt and metal; twelve physiologic and biochemical parameters was analyzed to characterize the adaptation strategy chosen by each species. The results suggest that the two xenobiotic applied, engender an oxidative stress in the selected species during their growth. Les résultats suggèrent que les deux xénobiotiques appliqués, induisent un stress oxydatif chez les deux espèces choisies au cours de leurs croissances. Cependant, l’étude a montré que la réponse à cesxénobiotiques diffère d’une espèce à l’autre et dépend de la concentration NaCl-ZnCl2appliquée. Ce qu’il est bien illustré par la tolérance de la fève par rapport au pois chiche qui devient sensible aux deux stress à la fois.
Analyse de la Variabilité Morphologique Chez Quelques Populations de Barbeaux (Cyprinidae) dans Quelques Zones D’eau Douce De l’Est Algérien

This study has allowed us to demonstrate that the fish populations are characterized by a large morphological diversity, this conclusion was obtained thanks to the technique of the configurations of the reference points. The latter has been applied using the approach of geometrical morphometry, notably the Procrust overlay We analyzed a total of 100 digitized images of fish in order to perform measurements according to two different approaches. On the one hand, we carried out classical measurements of 24 morphometric parameters on the fish, and on the other hand, we recorded the coordinates. 54 reference points for these fish. For all fish, the recorded differences in shape imply the shape parameters (shape + Size) of the fish. Fish populations have significant differences in the geometry of their bodies. The large intra-dam variations that have been observed, may be coincides with the genetic differentiation of the populations analyzed or related to the difference in environment that they encounter in habitats. For all barbel populations, the large differences calculated by the generalized variances of the centroid sizes revealed the heterogeneity of the fish forms at the intra-dam scale. The visualization of fish deformations clearly showed the differences in conformations that exist between study habitats affecting all fish. the MANOVA test shows no significant difference between the sexes, this indicates that there were no variations in shape and may be due to the behavior and ecology of the body to compete with others for food obsession, mating and to amortize environmental conditions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- لقد سمحت لنا هذه الدراسة بإثبات أن مجموعات الأسماك تتميز بتنوع مورفولوجي كبير ، وقد تم الحصول على هذا الاستنتاج بفضل تقنية تكوين النقاط المعلمية, هذه التقنية تم تطبيقها باستعمال منهجية المورفولوجيا الهندسية ، ولا سيما التطابق البروكيستي. قمنا بتحليل في المجموع 100 صورة مرقمنة لأسماك Barbeau وهذا للقيام بعمليات القياس وفق نوعين مختلفين من المقاربة, من جهة, أجرينا 24 قياس مورفومتري كلاسيكي على الأسماك ، ومن جهة أخرى ، قمنا بتسجيل الإحداثيات الخاصة ب 54 نقطة معلمية لهذه الأسماك. بالنسبة لجموع الأسماك، تشير الاختلافات المسجلة في شكل الأسماك إلى هيئات الشكل (الشكل + الحجم). عشائر الأسماك لديها اختلافات كبيرة في هندسة أجسامهم. وقد تتزامن التغيرات الكبيرة التي لوحظت داخل السدود، مع التباين الوراثي بين العشائرالذين تم دراستهم أو تتعلق بالفرق البيئي الذي يواجهونه في أوساطهم. بالنسبة لجميع عشائر اسماك البوري، الاختلافات الكبيرة التي تم حسابها من خلال الفروق العامة لأحجام النقطة الوسطى قد كشفت عن عدم تجانس أشكال الأسماك داخل السد. و قد أظهرت مشاهدتنا لتشوهات الأسماك بوضوح الاختلافات المتواجدة في الأوساط المدروسة و التي تؤثر على جميع الأسماك. أظهر اختبار MANOVA عدم وجود فرق كبير بين الجنسين, هذا يدل على عدم وجود اختلافات في الشكل وقد تكون نتيجة لسلوك وإيكولوجيا الجسم بسبب سلوكه و بيئته حيث يتنافس مع الكائنات الاخرى من أجل الحصول على غذائه و التزاوج و عيش ظروفه البيئية. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cette étude nous aura permis de démontrer que les populations de poissons sont caractérisées par une diversité morphologique importante, cette conclusion a été obtenue grâce à la technique des configurations des points-repères. Cette dernière a été appliquée en utilisant l’approche de la morphométrie géométrique, notamment la superposition Procruste. Nous avons analysé au total 1OO images numérisées de poissons afin de réaliser des mesures selon deux approches différentes, d’une part, nous avons effectué des mesures classiques de 24 paramètres morphométriques sur les poissons, et d’autre part, nous avons enregistré les coordonnées relatives aux 54 points-repères sur ces poissons. Pour l’ensemble des poissons, les différences de formes enregistrées impliquent les paramètres de conformations (shape+Size) des poissons. Les populations de poissons présentent en effet des différences importantes au niveau de la géométrie de leurs corps. Les grandes variations intra-barrage et qui ont été observées, peuvent être, coïncide avec la différenciation génétique des populations analysées ou liés la différence d'environnement qu'ils rencontrent dans les habitats. Pour l’ensemble des populations de barbeaux, les grands écarts calculés par les variances généralisées des tailles centroïdes ont mis en évidence l'hétérogénéité des formes de poissons à l’échelle intra-barrage. La visualisation de déformations des poissons a bien montré les différences de conformations qui existent entre les habitats d’étude touchant l’ensemble des poissons. le test de MANOVA montre l’absence de différence significative entre les sexes, ceci indique qu'il n'y avait pas de variations de forme et peut être dû au comportement et à l'écologie de l'organisme pour rivaliser avec d'autres pour la hantise des aliments, l'accouplement et pour amortir les conditions environnementales.
Analyse de la variabilité morphométrique de Dactylogyrus heteromorphus El-Gharbi, 1994 (Monogenea : Dactylogyridae)

A study was carried out in the Ain Dalia dam to estimate the seasonal variability of the morphometric descriptors of Dactylogyrus heteromorphus,monogenean parasite of the teleost fish Luciobarbus callensis (Cyprinidae) during two seasons of the year 2021 (winter and spring). Sixteen morphometric variables of the body, attachment and copulatory organ were analysed to test the existence of differences between D. heteromorphus individuals in the winter and spring seasons. Significant differences (p<0.05) were found between the two seasons in five morphometric descriptors (body length, body width, total anchor length, distance between the sleeve and base of anchor and length of marginal hook). The other eleven variables measured (distance between handle and point, distance between guard and point, length of point, length of handle, length of guard, length of median bar, width of median bar, length of ventral bar, width of ventral bar, length of copulatory piece, width of copulatory piece) did not show any significant variation (p>0.05) between seasons
Analyse de la variation morphologique des ailes antérieures chez l’abeille tellienne (A. m. intermissa) : modélisation moderne et classique du pouvoir discriminant.

This morpho-geometric and classical analysis allowed us to illustrate that the regional bees’ populations of intermissa breed are characterized by a very noticeable genetic and phenotypic diversity; this relevant result was obtained through the application of two morphometric approaches based, on the one hand, on five morphometric variables RF, LC, LD, IWL and IWW, and on the other hand, the landmarks configurations assisted by the Procrustes’s superimposition. These techniques were followed by the modelling of the forewing’s shapes according to 3 geometric models applied on 500 worker bees. The morphometric descriptors are the landmarks measured on each model and the classical morphometric variables. Bees were collected from fixed apiaries in different ecoregions.The classical morphometric approach made it possible to discriminate the intermissa bee populations that were collected in 2007, 2015 and 2018 and to quantify the wing variability in the Tellian breed. The most discriminating variables were RF, LC, LD and IWL, while the IWW variable does not have significant power in the discrimination process. In addition, in this study the discoidal index (DI) results showed a well-defined differentiation between bee populations in terms of intra-population variation where in the year 2007; the transgression (+) increased from 67% to 88% for the populations collected in 2015-2018.The geometric morphometry approach was applied to 390 digitized images of the right forewings belonging to the intermissa race in order to make measurements according to the three geometric models. The analysed bees were collected from several regional populations belonging to many wilayas and 39 apiaries. Our results clearly show that the discrimination of bees’ populations is maximal by using the 1st geometric model (21 landmarks) where the rate of correct classification was 91.3% and of which the average discrimination rate was 86% for all the geometric models. Another relevant result states that the discriminating power is more powerful by using only the shape parameters and that the contribution of centroid sizes to the discrimination of bees’ populations is weak.In conclusion, the phenotypic variation between the regional populations of the intermissa breed results probably from: (i) a genetic divergence which would result from inter- and intra-regional limited gene flow; and (ii) ecotypic differentiation that would result from the selection of a limited number of genes controlling local adaptations without reducing gene flow. The wing phenotype of intermissa is subject to a great gene and/or environmental factors with potential hybridization. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- سمح لنا هذا التحليل المورفولوجي الهندسي والكلاسيكي بإظهار أن العشائر الإقليمية للنحل لسلالة intermissa تتميز بتنوع جيني وظاهري إستثنائي، تم الحصول على هذه النتيجة ذات الصلة بفضل تطبيق مقاربتين مورفولوجيتين تستندان ، من ناحية، إلى خمسة متغيرات مورفولوجية RF , LC , LD , IWL , IWW ، ومن ناحية أخرى ، على كيفية توضع النقاط المعلمية بمساعدة التطابق البروكيستي.تم اتباع هذه التقنيات بنمذجة تشكلات الأجنحة الأمامية وفقًا لثلاثة نماذج هندسية مطبقة على 500 نحلة عاملة. الواصافات المورفومترية هي المتغيرات المورفومترية الكلاسيكية و النقاط المعلمية التي قيست على كل نموذج.تم جمع النحل من المناحل الثابتة و الموجودة في مناطق بيئية مختلفة.سمح التحليل المورفومتري الكلاسيكي بالتمييز بين عشائر النحل التي تم جمعها في الأعوام 2007 و 2015 و 2018 و تحديد تباين الأجنحة في سلالة النحل التلي. المتغيرات الأكثر تمييزا كانت RFو LC و LD و IWL، في حين أن المتغير IWW ليس له قوة كبيرة في عملية التمييز. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، في هذه الدراسة تظهر نتائج المؤشر القرصي (DI) إختلافا واضحًا بين مجموعات النحل و من حيث التباين داخل العشائر،حيث أن في عام 2007 ؛ ارتفع التجاوز (+) من 67٪ إلى 88٪ للعشائر التي تم جمعها في الفترة 2015-2018.تم تطبيق المقاربة المورفومترية الهندسية على 390 صورة رقمية للأجنحة اليمنى الأمامية لسلالة intermissa من أجل إجراء القياسات وفقًا للنماذج الهندسية الثلاثة. تم جمع النحل الذي تم تحليله من عدة عشائر إقليمية منتمية إلى عدة ولايات و إلى 39 منحل. تظهر نتائجنا بوضوح أن التمييز بين عشائر النحل يسجل حد أقصى باستخدام النموذج الهندسي الأول (21 نقطة معلمية) بنسبة91,3٪ كمعدل للتصنيف الصحيح وحيث أن معدل التمييز الصحيح يقدر بنسبة 86٪ لمجمل النماذج الهندسية الثلاثة.وتشير نتيجة أخرى ذات صلة إلى أن القوة التمييزية تكون أكثر قوة باستخدام معايير التشكل وأن مساهمة المقاسات المركزية في التمييز بين مجموعات النحل تكون ضئيلة.وفي الختام، من المرجح أن ينتج التباين الظاهري بين العشائر الإقليمية لسلالة intermissa عن: (1) تباين جيني ناتج عن التدفقات الجينية المحدودة بين الأقاليم وداخلها ؛(2) تمايز نمطي بيئي ناجم عن إنتقاء عدد محدود من الجينات التي تتحكم في التكيفات المحلية دون تقليل تدفق الجينات.يخضع النمط الظاهري للجناح لسلالة intermissa لضغط جيني كبير و/أو عوامل بيئة مع احتمال عمليات تهجين. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cette analyse morpho-géométrique et classique nous a permis de démontrer que les populations régionales d’abeilles de la race intermissa sont caractérisées par une diversité génétique et phénotypique remarquables, ce résultat pertinent a été obtenu grâce à l’application de deux approches morphométriques basées, d’une part, sur cinq variables morphométriques RF, LC, LD, IWL et IWW, et d’autre part, et sur la configuration des points-repères assistée par la superposition Procruste. Ces techniques ont été suivies par une modélisation des conformations des ailes antérieures selon 3 modèles géométriques appliqués sur 500 abeilles ouvrières. Les descripteurs morphométriques sont les variables morphométriques classiques et les points-repères mesurés sur chaque modèle. Les abeilles ont été collectées à partir des ruchers fixes qui se trouvent dans différentes écorégions.L’approche de la morphométrie classique a permis de discriminer les populations d’abeilles qui ont été collectées en 2007, 2015 et 2018 et de quantifier la variabilité alaire chez la race Tellienne. Les variables les plus discriminatives étaient RF, LC, LD et IWL, alors que la variable IWW ne présente pas un pouvoir important dans le processus de la discrimination. De plus, dans cette étude les résultats relatifs à l’indice discoïdal (ID) ont montré une nette différenciation entre les populations d’abeille en termes de variation intra-population où dans l’année 2007 ; la transgression (+) passe de 67 % à 88 % pour les populations collectées en 2015-2018.L’approche de la morphométrie géométrique a été appliquée sur 390 images numérisées d’AAD appartenant à la race intermissa afin de réaliser des mesures selon les trois modèles géométriques. Les abeilles analysées ont été collectées au niveau de plusieurs populations régionales appartenant à plusieurs wilayas et aux 39 ruchers. Nos résultats indiquent clairement que la discrimination des populations d’abeilles est maximale en utilisant le 1er modèle géométrique (21 points-repère) où le taux de la bonne classification est de 91,3 % ; dont le taux moyen de discrimination était de 86 % pour l’ensemble des modèles géométrique. Un autre résultat pertinent stipule que le pouvoir discriminant est plus puissant en utilisant seulement les paramètres de conformation et que la contribution des tailles centroïdes (size) à la discrimination des populations d’abeilles est faible. Pour conclure, la variation phénotypique entre les populations régionales de la race intermissa résulte probablement : (i) d’une divergence génétique qui résulterait de flux de gènes limités inter- et intrarégionaux ; et (ii) d’une différenciation écotypique qui résulterait de la sélection d’un nombre limité de gènes contrôlant les adaptations locales sans réduction du flux de gènes. Le phénotype alaire d’intermissa est soumis à une grande pression gène et/ou facteurs environnementaux avec une potentielle hybridation.
Analyse physicochimique et polliniques de quelques échantillons du miel de la région de Nord-Est Algériens

The physico-chemical properties (pH, electrical conductivity, acidity, ash content, water content and protein content) and pollen analysis were used to characterize 12samples of honeys collected from the north-est of Algeria. the physicochemical results obtained are in agreement with the norms established by the Codex Alimentarius, after pollen analyzed showed that there is 18 species in 29 families, the dominance of polyfloral honey of Asteraceae, the studied parameters are diffrent from one honey to another and reveal that the studied samples of the honey are of botanical origin and of good quality. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الخصائصالفيزيائية والكيميائية (درجةالحموضة،والنا قليةالكهربائية، درجة الحموضة،كميةالرماد، نسبةالرطوبة،معدلالبروتينوتحليلحبوباللقاح)وذلك لدراسة 12 عينةمنالعسلالتيتمجمعهامن منطقةالشمالالشرقيالجزائري، وقد تبين أننتائج التحاليلالفيزيائيةوالكيمائيةتتفقمعالمعاييرالتيوضعتهاهيئةالدستورالغذائي(لجميعأنواعالعسل)وبالنسبة لتحليل حبوب اللقاحفقد وجد أن 18 نوعا من حبوب الطلع تنتمي إلى 29 عائلةمنالنباتات،وأوضحت النتائجأن العائلة السائدة هي العائلةمتعددة الحبوب. أظهرت الدراسة التحليلية لمختلف أنواعالعسل أنهاتختلف من نوع إلى أخر،وتبينأنعينات العسلذاتأصلنباتيونوعيةجيدة. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Les propriétés physico-chimiques (pH, conductivité électrique,acidité, teneur en cendre, teneur en eau et la teneur en protéine) ainsi que l’analyse pollinique ont été utilisée afin de caractériser 12 échantillonsde miels collectés de la région de nord-est de l’Algérie, les résultats des analyses physicochimiques obtenus s’accordent avec les normes établis par le Codex Alimentarius.Pour l’ensemble des miels analysées 18 espèces polliniques répartis dans 29 familles des plantes, les analyses polliniques démontrent la dominance du miel polyfloraux des Astéracées,les paramètres étudies différentes d’un miel à un autre et révèlent que les échantillons des miels étudies sont d’origine botanique et de bon qualité.
ANALYSE POLLINIQUE ET PHYSICO-CHIMIQUE DE QUELQUES ECHANTILLONS DE MIELS DU NORT-EST ALGERIEN

The Honey is a very complex biological compound with very wide diversity, giving it a multitude of properties, both nutritionally as therapeutically. The objective of our work is to make a physicochemical (pH, electrical conductivity, ash content, proteins content, acidity ) , quantitative and qualitative analysis of pollen grains. Study of some types of honey which were harvested in different regions of the North- Est of Algeria (Souk ahras, Annaba, Tébessa, Gulema, Oum El Bouaghi). 11 honey samples were collected during the years: 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The various investigations show that the honey samples studied are of good quality by international standards. After pollen analyzed showed that there is 18 species in 34 families,witha dominance of polyfloral honey of Asteraceae. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ العسل مركب بيولوجي معقد للغاية وله تنوع واسع جدًا، مما يمنحه العديد من الخصائص، سواء من الناحية الغذائية أو العلاجية. الهدف من عملنا هو صنع كيمياء فيزيائية (الرقم الهيدروجيني، التوصيل الكهربائي، محتوى الرماد، محتوى البروتينات، الحموضة)، التحليل الكمي والنوعي لحبوب اللقاح. دراسة بعض أنواع العسل التي تم حصادها في مناطق مختلفة من الشمال الشرقي للجزائر (سوق أهراس، عنابة، تبسة، قولمة، أم البواقي). تم جمع 11 عينة عسل خلال الأعوام: 2013، 2015، 2016، 2017. وأظهرت التحقيقات المختلفة أن عينات العسل المدروسة ذات نوعية جيدة بالمعايير الدولية. وبعد تحليل حبوب اللقاح تبين وجود 18 نوعاً في 34 عائلة، مع سيطرة العسل متعدد الأزهار من فصيلة Asteraceae. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Le Miel est un composé biologique très complexe et d'une très grande diversité, lui conférant une multitude de propriétés, tant nutritionnelles que thérapeutiques. L'objectif de nos travaux est de réaliser un bilan physico-chimique (pH, conductivité électrique, teneur en cendres, teneur en protéines, acidité ) , analyse quantitative et qualitative des grains de pollen. Etude de quelques types de miel récoltés dans différentes régions du Nord-Est de l'Algérie (Souk ahras, Annaba, Tébessa, Gulema, Oum El Bouaghi). 11 échantillons de miel ont été collectés au cours des années : 2013, 2015, 2016 et 2017. Les différentes investigations montrent que les échantillons de miel étudiés sont de bonne qualité par rapport aux standards internationaux. L'analyse du pollen a montré qu'il existe 18 espèces réparties en 34 familles, avec une dominance du miel polyfloral d'Astéracées.
Analyses biochimiques et enzymatiques du pouvoir antioxydant d’une plante phytoremediatrice« Typha latifolia L.,1753 » soumise à un stress métallique (Zn)

In recent years, many researchers have been interested in studying a new technology for wastewater treatment, which is an inexpensive method compared to treatment plants. This technique is based on the use of plants to disinfect polluted water, and is known as "phytopurification / phytoremediation". Mineral water pollution is mainly of industrial origin. Heavy metals areindegradable With the aim of understanding the behavior of plants exposed to xenobiotics, Typha latifolia from Souk Ahras area was treated with two concentrations of zinc (Zn) (0.0039, 0.117 g/L) for 7 and 10 days. Measurement of some characteristic biochemical and enzymatic parameters of oxydative stress allowed us to assess not only the effect of zinc but also the behavior of Typha latifolia exposed to the eccentric molecule. Statistical analysis of the results obtained showed significant differences for the majority of the assay parameters of the plant exposed to different concentrations of zinc, for the exposure period (7 days). The increase in the contents of chlorophylle pigments (a, b, a + b) was accompanied by an increase in the content of total proteins and total sugars constant. However, a decrease in the level of total sugars was observed for treatment (10 days) with marked enzymatic biomarker (CAT) activity which reflects the strong tolerance of the phytoremediation plant towards zinc throughout the entire period. Cette technique est basée sur l’utilisation des plantes dans la décontamination des eaux polluées, elle est connue sous le nom de «la phytoépuration/ phytoremédiation ». La pollution métallique des eaux est principalement d’origine industrielle. Les métaux lourds ne sont pasbiodégradables, Visait à comprendre le comportement des plantes soumises à des xénobiotiques, une plante Typha latifolia de la région de Souk-Ahras, est traitée avec deux concentrations basées sur le zinc (Zn) (0.0039 et 0.117g/l) pendant 7 et 10 jours. Une mesure de certains paramètres biochimiques et enzymatiques caractéristiques du stress oxydatif, nous a permis d'évaluer non seulement l'effet de zinc mais aussi le comportement de Typha latifolia soumise à cette molécule xénobiotique. L’analyse statistique des résultats obtenus montrent des différences significatives pour la majorité des paramètres dosés, de la plante exposée à des concentrations différentes de Zn, pour la période d’exposition 7 jours. Une augmentation non significative des teneurs en pigments chlorophylliens (a, b, a+b) accompagnée d’une augmentation significative des teneurs en protéines totales et en sucres totaux a été constatée. Cependant, une diminution de taux des sucres totaux a été observée pour le traitement de 10 jours avec une activité remarquable du bio- marqueur enzymatique (CAT) ce qui traduit la forte tolérance de cette plante phytoremédiatrice vis-à-vis du Zn pendant toute la période de traitement 7 et 10jours.
Analyses physico-chimiques et polliniques de quelque séchantillons du miel de Nord-Est Algérien

Honey is the sweet substance produced by bees, from the nectar of flowers, where honeydew from aphids that they collect and store in the cells of the hive. Honey is used in medicine and human nutrition. Physico-chemical analyzes of honey as well as the quantitative and qualitative study of pollen were carried out on 14 samples collected from 5 wilayas (Souk-Ahras, Tébessa, Annaba, Guelma, El-Taref) from North- eastern Algeria, and to obtain consistent data we included in our work the analysis of a sample of honey from another country (Tunisia). The parameters studied are: pH, electrical conductivity, water content, ash content, protein content, HMF, acidity, quantitative and qualitative analysis of pollen grains. The results of the analyzes carried out reveal that the quality of honey depends on several factors and that the different samples of honey, are included in the international standards. With the exception of HMF content in samples M8 and M11. This study could have economic interests through the determination of the quality of honey and its nutritional and therapeutic value. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- العسل هو المادة الحلوة التي ينتجها النحل، من رحيق الأزهار، حيث او من افرازات مصدرھا الأجزاء الحیة في النبات مناجل جمع الرحيق. لا تخضع ھذه المادة لأي مراقبة و لھذا فان المستھلك معرض لعدة أخطار صحیة. وفي ھذا الإطار تم انجاز ھذا العمل في المحاولة لإجاد اقتراح مقاییس جزائریة لمراقبة نوعیة العسل. شملت هذه الدراسة على 14 عينة عسل تم جمعها من الشمال الشرقي الجزائري (ولاية سوق أهراس، تبسة، عنابة، قالمة، الطارف).بالإضافة إلى عينة مستوردة من (تونس)من اجل تحديد خصائصها ومقارنتها ببقية العينات. سمحت لنا هذه الدراسة: * تحدید الخصائص الفیزیوكیمیائیة منھا نسبة الحموضة نسبة الناقلیة الكھربائیة نسبة الاملاح المعدنیة نسبة الماء نسبة البروتين . *التحلیل الكمي و النوعي لحبوب الطلع. * معرفة مطابقتها أو عدم المطابقة للمقیاس المقترح من طرف المنظمات العالمیة لمراقبة نوعیة العسل. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Le miel est la substance sucrée produite par les abeilles, à partir du nectar des fleurs, où du miellat des pucerons qu’elles récoltent et entrepose dans les alvéoles de la ruche. Le miel est utilisé dans le domaine de la médecine et de la nutrition humaine. Les analyses physico- chimiques du miel ainsi que l'étude quantitative et qualitative du pollen ont été effectuées sur 14 échantillons récoltés de 5 wilayas (Souk- Ahras, Tébessa, Annaba, Guelma, El- Taref) du Nord- Est Al gérien, et pour parvenir à avoir des données consistantes on a inclus dans notre travail l'analyse d'un échantillon de miel d’un autre pays ( Tunisie). Les paramètres étudiés sont: le pH, la conductivité électrique, teneur en eau, teneur en cendre, teneur en protéines, HMF, acidité, analyse quantitative et qualitative des grains de pollen. Les résultats des analyses réalisées, révèlent que la qualité d'un miel dépend de plusieurs facteurs et que les différents échantillons du miel, sont inclus dans les normes internationales. A l’exception de teneur en HMF dans les échantillons M8 et M11. Cette étude pourrait avoir des intérêts économiques à travers la détermination de la qualité de miel et sa valeur nutritive et thérapeutiques.
