Abstract

Summary Through this study, we aim to find out the extent to which digital communication contributes to the social performance of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Mohammed Al-Sharif University, helping SoukAhras, by focusing on the role of digital communication in activating teaching, scientific research and serving the community in the college . Based on the set of methodological procedures according to the type of descriptive research, the social audit curriculum included in the descriptive research was selected and is based on several methodological procedures that correspond to the objectives of our study. The field research took a period of time, which was defined from March 15 to May 20 at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Mohamed El Sherif University as an aid to the state of Souk Ahras in Algeria. The research community represented the human crew of the college and the official website of the college. As for the samples, the research community varied between the narrative and the available sample. Regarding the tools for data collection, we have adopted the social auditing method on: Open interview in the descriptive study with the dean of the College of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and his deputies to identify the study problem and analyze the content of the College's website. A focus group was conducted and the electronic questionnaire was used with the audience of students and professors at the College of Social and Humanities. And we've come up with a couple of results, the most important : -Focus on the use of digital communication technology in higher education as it contributes to the spread and quality of digital communication and lower the costs of education in the long run . -Digital communication makes undergraduate teaching more interactive and efficient and ensures that students understand the subject. -Digital communication contributes to scientific research by directing professors to the visuals of the professor and the university to rely on the publication of digital platforms: Google Gate, Google Schoolar. -Access to intellectual production through networks, platforms and scientific journals that rely on a free system or a remote subscription system. -The College's digital communication contributes to the service of society through lectures and digital seminars conducted by the university professor of public interest associations and institutions and the graduation of technical, scientific and academic staff for the community. - The opening of the university to the socio-economic sphere . ------------------------------------------------------------------ المــــــــــلخص نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة الاتصال الرقمي في تفعيل الأداء الاجتماعي لكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة محمد الشريف مساعدية سوق اهراس و ذلك بالتركيز على معرفة دور الاتصال الرقمي في تفعيل كل من عملية التدريس ، عملية البحث العلمي و خدمة المجتمع بالكلية . بالإعتماد علي مجموعة الإجراءات المنهجية وفق نوع البحث الوصفي تم إختيار منهج التدقيق الاجتماعي الذي يندرج ضمن البحث الوصفي والذي يعتمد على عديد من الإجراءات المنهجية التي تتناسب مع أهداف دراستنا ، إستغرق البحث في الجانب الميداني فترة زمنية حددت من 15 مارس إلى 20 ماي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية لجامعة محمد الشريف مساعدية لولاية سوق أهراس بالجزائر ، تمثل مجتمع البحث في الطاقم البشري للكلية و الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي للكلية ، أما بالنسبة إلى العينات فقد تباينت بين القصدية و العينة المتاحة. فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات فقد إعتمدنا وفقا لمنهج التدقيق الاجتماعي علي : المقابلة المفتوحة في الدراسة الوصفية مع عميد كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية و نوابه لتحديد مشكلة الدراسة و تحليل محتوي الموقع الإلكتروني للكلية و تم إجراء مجموعة بؤرية و إستخدام الاستبيان الالكتروني مع جمهور الطلبة و الأساتذة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية . و قد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : - التركيز علي توظيف تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي في التعليم العالي لأنها تساهم في إنتشار و تحسين جودته و تخفيض تكاليف التعليم على المدي الطويل . - الاتصال الرقمي يجعل التدريس الجامعي أكثر تفاعلية ونجاعة و يضمن إستيعاب الطالب للمادة العلمية. - يساهم الاتصال الرقمي في البحث العلمي من خلال توجه الأساتذة نحو مرئية الأستاذ و الجامعة بالإعتماد على النشر في المنصات الرقمية:Google Gate،Google Schoolar. - الوصول إلى الإنتاج الفكري من خلال الشبكات والمنصات والمجلات العلمية التي تعتمد على نظام المجانية أو نظام الإشتراك عن بعد . - يساهم الاتصال الرقمي للكلية في خدمة المجتمع من خلال المحاضرات والندوات الرقمية التي يقوم بها الأستاذ الجامعي للجمعيات والمؤسسات ذات النفع العام و تخريج كوادر فنية وعلمية و أكاديمية للمجتمع. - إنفتاح الجامعة على المحيط الاجتماعي و السوسيو اقتصادي . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Résumé À travers cette étude, nous visons à déterminer dans quelle mesure la communication numérique contribue à la fonctionnalité sociale de la faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Mohammed Chérif, assistante du Marché Ahras, en se concentrant sur le rôle de la communication numérique dans la mise en œuvre à la fois du processus d'enseignement, du processus de recherche scientifique et du service de communauté à l'université. En fonction de l'ensemble des démarches méthodologiques selon le type de recherche descriptive, le choix s'est porté sur l'approche de l'audit social qui s'inscrit dans la recherche descriptive qui s'appuie sur de nombreuses démarches méthodologiques à la mesure des objectifs de notre étude. La recherche sur le terrain a duré du 15 mars au 20 mai à la Faculté des sciences sociales et humaines de l'Université Mohamed Al-Sharif, Souk Ahras, Algérie. La communauté de recherche représentait le personnel humain du collège et le site officiel du collège. Quant aux échantillons, ils variaient entre l'échantillon intentionnel et l'échantillon disponible. En ce qui concerne les outils de collecte des données, nous nous sommes appuyés, conformément à la méthode de l'audit social, sur : un entretien ouvert dans le cadre de l’étude descriptive avec le doyen de la faculté des sciences sociales et humaines et ses adjoints pour identifier le problème d’étude et d’analyse du contenu du site web de l’école, un groupe thématique et l’utilisation d’un questionnaire électronique avec les étudiants et les professeurs de la faculté des sciences sociales et humaines. Nous avons obtenu un ensemble de résultats, dont les plus importants sont : -Mettre l'accent sur l'utilisation des technologies de communication numérique dans l'enseignement supérieur, parce qu'elles contribuent à la diffusion et à l'amélioration de sa qualité Réduire les coûts de l'éducation à long terme. -La communication numérique rend l'enseignement universitaire plus interactif et plus efficace, et assure que l'élève comprend bien la matière scientifique. -La communication numérique contribue à la recherche scientifique en orientant les professeurs vers l'image des professeurs et des universités en s'appuyant sur l'édition dans les plateformes numériques: Google Gate،Google Schoolar. -L'accès à la production intellectuelle par le biais de réseaux, plates-formes et revues scientifiques qui s'appuient sur un système de gratuité ou de partage à distance. -La communication numérique du collège contribue à la société par des conférences et des séminaires numériques, organisés par des professeurs universitaires d'associations et d'institutions d'intérêt public, et en formant des cadres techniques, scientifiques et académiques pour la communauté. - L'ouverture de l'université au contexte social et le socialisme économique.
